The exercise function of body is based on the theory of body function training,based on the theories of Yun Jun,Professor Shorong’s "Body movement function training" and Dr Wangxiong,and a set of functional exercises are developed.is by attaching importance to the basic posture of human body and the mode of motion of human body,the body’s various physical qualities are assembled to optimize the most basic movement ability of the human body,the movement mode,trunk strength and movement of the power of the transfer sequence(power chain)and muscle recovery and regeneration of all aspects of the system optimization,can effectively correct the X-type leg,0-leg,double shoulder uneven,scoliosis,such as bad posture problems.In addition to the above advantages,it can be properly resolved due to the haze and other special adverse weather conditions,high school students can not outdoor physical exercise,according to the body sports function training theory compiled movement,and has strong personality and feasibility.Therefore,if the school can use a lot of physical exercise function training theory,to carry out the reform of the sports activities,the PE teachers will carry out more effective scientific,normative and professional teaching instruction,so that the students’ interest and love of the sports activities in the big recess are enhanced,and the cognition of the sports subject is promoted.In this paper,the effect of introducing physical exercise function into physical activity of senior high school students is studied,take the national education policy as the basis,adopt the document material law,the Teaching experiment method,the test method,the investigation method method,the mathematical statistics method,by the unit which I work in Shanxi province Yuncheng Kangjie Middle School sophomore year two classes for the experiment object,During the year from October 2016 to October 2017,a "functional exercise" woven by the theory of body sports function training was implemented and promoted to test the effectiveness of the theory of exercise function training in physical activity during the high school recess.According to the grading standard of the national Students ’ physique Health standard and the evaluation of the students and teachers on the functional exercises,the paper analyses the results of the teaching experiment and investigation on the introduction of physical exercise function in the physical activities of the big recess,and draws the following conclusions:1.The physical exercise function exercises must follow the student’s physiology characteristic,according to the comprehensiveness,the science,the pertinence,the feasibility principle from the reality strengthens the student movement completes the quality the supervision,can achieve certain effect.2.The contents of the physical exercise function are effectively combined with the characteristics of the sport project.3.Physical exercise has a strong interest,stimulating the student’ s learning motivation.4.The introduction of physical exercise function to achieve the desired effect,body function training is a high school students can effectively improve the physical fitness of the method.
