With the development of economic globalization,the national "The Belt and Road,BCIM economic corridor,the Greater Mekong sub regional cooperation"policy and Ruili National Key Development Experimental Zone construction,Yunnan play the main role of Mei Lan more provinces and Southeast Asia radiation mechanism "service center is obvious Yunnan border area,especially the Ruili National Development Experimental Zone has more prominent advantages.The Ruili in promoting economic and social development,but also makes both countries in the political,economic and cultural exchanges more frequent personnel exchanges,and increased.Against this background,Lai Ruili,a Burmese member of a large number of Burmese workers,provides necessary labor resources for Ruili,and fills the gap between supply and demand in the labor market.But also can not be ignored is that a large number of Burmese migrant workers in all aspects of language skills,such as adaptation and Ruili enterprise demand does not match the problem increasingly,social harmony and stability of Ruili local and foreign personnel management work has caused many obstacles,therefore,to Ruili foreign workers to carry out the relevant education and training services the work has important value and practical needs.In this study,the Yunnan border city of Ruili for field investigation,to Chinese ASEAN Education Training Center(Ruili base)as a case,based the data in using the method of literature on the use of interviews,participant observation,emic and etic research method supplemented by questionnaires,analysis of cross-cultural adaptation of typical case of Burma membership of migrant workers living and social communication from the perspective of cultural theory and combined with education,anthropology,sociology and so on Ruili Burmese migrant workers to adapt to the situation and the needs of training,training content and problems in-depth analysis.And on this basis,it explores how to build a multi-level vocational training system suitable for the development of Burmese migrant workers.In particular,this study is divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of this study,related concepts,literature review,research theoretical basis,research ideas and methods.The first chapter is the research point of Ruili,introduces the development of Ruili Education: school students abroad in Burmese,including school-based teaching and learning effect,the diversification of the Burmese students' learning achievement and education intention;occupation school and Ruili frontier regional characteristic model;then introduced the "Chinese ASEAN the education center" occupation training background,the significance and the general situation.The second chapter reviews and analyses the running situation of "Chinese ASEAN Education Center" occupation training,including the form of schools,students,curriculum,teachers,textbooks,social effects and so on.In addition,it expounds the interactive relationship between vocational training and industry,enterprises,vocational training and related policies and measures,and the promotion of university development strategy.The third chapter is the picture of life in Ruili Burmese migrant workers:population characteristics of Burmese migrant workers: the number,age,education level and other aspects;Burmese migrant workers in China,including a long history of exchanges,the result of political and economic factors,cultural development and its causes;Ruili Burmese migrant workers employment,life and social interaction to adapt to the situation and discuss specific cases.The fourth chapter is the cultural adaptation of the Burmese Burmese migrant workers.Specific include: the current stage of vocational training and the adaptation of the Burmese migrant workers group;the multilevel needs of the Burmese migrant workers' vocational training.The fifth chapter is to improve the vocational training of Burmese migrant workers in order to improve their adaptation and integration with Ruili.It includes:listening to the voice of Burma students,understanding their needs,optimizing the internal mechanism of vocational training,coordinating the vocational training with relevant policies and enterprises,and achieving the three party's harmonious and win-win situation;and building the multi-level system of Lun Mei vocationaleducation college.The last part is the conclusion.The main contents and conclusions of this study are summed up and the shortcomings and improvements of the present study are reconsidered.
