With the continuous improvement of lifelong education consciousness,the non academic education industry has become an important part of China's education industry,but its rapid development has also led to many problems,especially the training of teachers.Beijing Offcn Education and Technology Co.,Ltd as a leading education company exist many problems,such as the training plan is not detailed,the training content is unreasonable,the training form is single,the training process is uncontrollable,and these problems have seriously restricted the rapid development of enterprises,weakening the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper use Beijing Offcn Company as a case,in the use of adult learning theory,learning organization theory,competence quality theory and Kirkpatrick evaluation model,study the problems from four aspects.Combined with the theoretical research,practice and practical experience of many experts and scholars in training management,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and related reasons of teacher training in Beijing Offcn company.It also carried out a questionnaire to the teachers' training needs,to carry out the work of organization analysis,gives the competency iceberg model in Beijing branch of teachers,and the analysis results show that the model of company management layer attach to the work of training is needed to be strengthened.Although the quality and business capabilities are strengthened,but there are still many problems in training plan,training content,training form and training assessment,which is difficult to meet the diversified training needs of teachers.In the aspect of training program design and implementation,this paper gives Beijing Offcn company teachers of the short-term and long-term training objectives,training objects,training time and place,for new recruits,teachers and ordinary teachers,excellent teachers work and backbone teachers training programs were developed,and from the professional knowledge and occupation skills,role orientation,self cognition,motivation and other aspects of quality and training were arranged for the two aspects of the internal training and external training.In addition,the article also uses Kolmogorov model theory to build the basic framework of evaluation and assessment,from the reaction level,training of teachers learning level,behavior level and results in the training effect evaluation level,gives the evaluation contents and corresponding method.The article from the safeguard measures of training programs for the implementation of the organizational level,system level and person level and funding level is given,including the management of the training system,attaches great importance to the establishment of the system of training,motivation and process control ideas,training team and management personnel to create the definition,training preparation,taining funds etc..The training program and implementation safeguard measures designed in this study can solve the problems existing in the training of Beijing Offcn company,improve the comprehensive quality of faculty and staff and the core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,the common training management of non academic institutions,this paper also try for the reference to China's current non enterprise education teachers training development and promotion,and for all kinds of enterprises,university training center of knowledge enterprise training play a certain significance.
