Humans can not do without the game,human society is also inseparable from the game.For the individual,the game is a unique life experience,is a pleasure,freedom of activities,the human trend in the game to a most leisurely realm,and even themselves are out of all the secular burden.For human society,the game is equally meaningful,the history of the game has been embedded in the overall history of human social development.E-sports is the game culture and information technology integration of the product,is born in the context of the Internet under the background of a new sport.E-sports movement is the use of hardware and software equipment,under certain fair rules for people between the intellectual confrontation,entertainment,athletics,gameplay,social,cosmopolitan and other characteristics in one since its birth Suffering from the younger generation of the world's favorite,and hope to become one of the future Olympic Games sports.Early e-sports in China is in a very awkward position,due to social cognitive bias and policy constraints and difficult.In recent years,benefiting from the popularization and progress of domestic Internet technology,the development and growth of the young groups in 8090,and the sub-cultural phenomenon of e-sports from the marginal edge of society has gradually developed into a new and promising sports culture industry.In 2016,the size of China's e-sports subscribers reached 170 million.Based on the huge user scale,China's e-sports market surpassed the United States,leaping into the world's largest electronic sports market,focusing on the R & D and operation of gaming games.Organization and content production,e-sports media industry value chain has been initially formed.In the policy,technology,capital,users and other factors driven by the common,China's e-sports industry is very strong momentum of development,as a new cultural and economic phenomenon,the commercial development prospects are extremely broad.This paper focuses on the electronic sports industry in our country,takes the business model theory and the industrial value chain theory as the research and analysis tools,and hopes to put forward the strategic reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the electronic sports industry in China.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter first uses the theory of industrial life cycle to sort out the development process of China's electronic sports industry,and then focuses on the three aspects of the content of the competition,China's e-sports industry value chain of the composition of the status quo of the research and analysis;the second chapter of China's e-sports industry with the composition of the status of the value chain,from the target user market,the user value proposition,gaming business profit model three dimensions,The business model of the industry in-depth analysis of the elements,and then pointed out that China's gaming enterprises in the value chain source control,event profitability,club operations and other aspects of the difficulties and reasons;the third chapter is a case study,select Tencent gaming and the world E-sports competition as the object of analysis,Tencent gaming is a world influence of the game business,the whole industry value chain layout of the business model has a typical demonstration significance,WCA is China's Yinchuan municipal government-led world-class competition,its The Olympic strategy of gaming has a historic reference value The fourth chapter first analyzes the internal and external driving factors influencing the development of China's electronic sports industry,points out the change of industrial policy,the innovation and popularization of technology,the expansion of user's market scale,the beginning of the original game research and development ability and other factors are driving China's electronic sports industry The key to the outbreak,and finally combined with the latest trends in the development of China's electronic sports industry,with the development of the eyes of the proposed layout of the bartender,virtual reality technology embedded in the event live,radio and television broadcast copyright sale,tournament bonuses,open competition races Quiz and open content for paid subscriptions and other business models Innovative path suggestions.
