Making assessments is an effective way to improve teaching quality.The methods for assessing teachers’ teaching quality have evolved greatly as a result of technological development.The new era of 4G/5G network has brought about revolutionary changes in human’s lifestyles,one of which is that the daily use of mobile devices with Internet access has become a mainstream lifestyle.So the teacher assessment system should be optimized to keep pace with the era.Since the middle school students,as the assessors,are usually open-minded towards innovations,it is necessary as well as feasible to optimize the system for them to assess their teachers.Therefore,A Wechat-based teacher assessment system emerges as a consequence of the times.The teacher assessment system based on Wechat Public Platform is one where,with access to the Internet,the assessment can be carried out at any time and place.Nowadays people surf the Internet mainly through their smart phones,and it is a universal phenomenon that people,known as the heads-down tribes,are buried in their phones even at a meeting or a get-together.Wechat offers the most universally used instant message service,which mixes the functions of both the microblog and QQ.Therefore,the Wechat-based teacher assement system is more accessible to most people.The thesis follows the research procedures of analyzing the problem,finding the problem and solving the problem.The core of the study is to improve and optimize the available educational facilities based on the original assessment system.The study ofthe thesis focused on these issues:The shortcomings of the existing assessment system;what features Wechat possesses can help overcome these shortconmings;and how to make use of Wechat to overcome these shortcomings.The thesis begins with the discussions of several key concepts-what the teacher assessment is,the development process of the teacher assessment,the particularity of middle school teachers and what Wechat and Wechat Public Platform are.The discussions are aimed at an overall understanding of the concepts.In order to discuss the necessity of the optimization to a further extent,the researcher examines the method of the teacher assessment of K Middle School,and analyzes and finds out its shortcomings,especially those in need of modification,so as to work out an optimized teacher assessment scheme based on Wechat Public Platfrom.Through the analysis,the use of WeChat public platform from the following five aspects of the existing teacher evaluation model is well optimized:saving the school people,material and financial costs;shorten the evaluation of teachers evaluation period;Participation in the scope of the evaluation results to improve the feedback timeliness;to strengthen the communication between teachers and students and interaction.The innovation of the thesis exists in the application of 4G/5G network technology to teaching administration.It not only optimizes the process of teaching administration,but also offers valuable experience for further research on the application of information technology to school education. |
