Research On The Demand Of Sports Public Service For The Aged In Chengguan District Lanzhou City Under The Background Of Aging

With the increasing problem of the aging,the elderly in society have formed a large group.Besides,as a vulnerable group in society,they usually need to be cared for by the society because of their special state both psychologically and physiologically.In the past,the concern of government and the community for the elderly is always from the basic necessities of life and other material.However,with the increasing development of social economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved and the elderly began to focus on the pursuit of spiritual satisfaction.Therefore,to participate in a variety of sports activities has become the primary choice for the elderly.Fortunately,the government has begun to focus on the provision of public sports services for them.However,the government does not have a good understanding of the actual needs of the elderly,which leads to the contradiction between supply and demand,and reduces the efficiency of service supply.Through questionnaire surveys,field surveys,statistics and documentation,The paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of public sports service demand of elderly people in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City,mainly drawing the following conclusions:There are aggregate demands of public sports service for the elderly.However,the supply of public sports services from government is limited,and facilities layout is unreasonable,the corresponding supporting facilities cannot meet the needs of the elderly;The number of social sports instructors is not enough and the frequency is low;There is a lack of awareness of individual sports public services for the elderly of Chengguan district,Lanzhou city,such as physical monitoring services;The satisfaction degree of the existing sports public service to the sports facilities is relatively high for the elderly in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City.But on the whole,the existing public sports service satisfaction is not high.According to the present situation of the supply and demand of sports public service for the elderly of Chengguan District of Lanzhou city,the paper puts forward the following suggestions1.The government needs to pay more attention to the sports public service for the elderly2.Speed up the construction of the supply and demand mechanism of the public sportsservice of the aged3.Establish a large number of sports public service providers for the elderly.4.Strengthen the construction of social sports instructor service team and communitysports organizations,and actively guide the participation of the elderly5.Integrate social sports venues and facilities resources,planning and using rationally;meanwhile,strengthening the physical monitoring of the elderly.Through the investigation on the present situation of the sports public service needs of the elderly in Lanzhou City,the paper presents the problems in the process of government supply,and points out the contents and characteristics of demand,aiming at providing reference for the supply of public sports services to government departments and providing better public sports service for the elderly.
