A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Rural Sports Culture In Underdeveloped Areas

With the improvement of rural civilization,the way of life of rural residents and the understanding of things have undergone a series of changes.In this context,looking for the factors affecting rural sports cultural activities in less developed areas,and puts forward the corresponding policies and measures to promote rural sports cultural activities to benefit economically underdeveloped regions,is essential to the construction of socialist culture China characteristics.The factors that affect the development of rural sports culture activities in Gansu Province,aimed at the development of sports culture in the less developed areas,and promote the development of rural sports and cultural activities.This paper mainly adopts various research methods of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics,Zhuanglang county rural residents to participate in sports and cultural activities of the motivation,purpose,behavior,organization,position,funding,publicity,and sports training and other aspects of research.And the main factors affecting the Zhuanglang County Rural Sports Culture Activities: including personnel,facilities,funds,and government,village and rural residents to participate in sports activities and the reasons for analysis.According to the factors of Zhuanglang county rural sports cultural activities to carry out the status and influence of rural sports culture activities,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures are as follows: 1,the publicity of the sports cultural activities,improve the rural residents cognition of sports,form a good sports consciousness;2,increase capital investment,broaden the sources of funding,focusing on the construction of venues and facilities;3,pay attention to the construction of sport talents in rural,rural sports culture organization,management system and standardization;4,to further strengthen the construction of government functions,promote the sports public service,to change the ideas.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1 Zhuanglang County,the county's population base,there is a certain gap between the level of economic development and other areas,the poor population,wide distribution area;2 residents,lower education level,sports consciousness;rural residents to participate in sports cultural activities,the main motivation is to keep fit,cheerful body and mind,to ease thepsychological pressure,choose to participate in sports activities is single;behavior of3,residents participate in sports performance in the project and form a single,time and less;4,sports talents lack,sports organization management,lack of standardized and institutionalized.The sports field is mainly rural basketball culture stage;and funding sources of funding,5 single,sports development in rural residents' Sports Consumption lags behind,the consumption of a single destination;6,the township government on the importance of sports is not enough,backward ideas,lack of publicity of sports culture,residents of the understanding of the physical deviation.According to the research conclusions,the author gives the following suggestions: 1,rural sports cultural work should be devoted to the organization and management of cadres,so that responsibility to the people,whether it is sports organizers and managers must constantly learning,enhance the understanding of sports;2,to increase Zhuanglang County Rural physical capital investment,the establishment of and improve the rural sports facilities,creating space for residents;the Zhuanglang county rural tourism resources,vigorously develop rural tourism,promote the combination of rural tourism culture and the culture of rural sports,speeding up the rural economic development,to further stimulate the increase in the number of participants on rural sports;3,government departments at all levels to do a good job in management,change the old ideas;4,accelerate Zhuanglang county rural social sports instructors,encourage and guide the College Sports Professional College Students take part in the development of rural sports culture.
