| The aging population has become a significant social problem which we need to meet in the whole world.As a developing country,China has approached the aging society entry with the national income being relatively low.Facing this challenge,the active aging development strategy becomes one of the main strategy to cope with the aging of the population in our country.As the three pillars of active aging,"health","participation" and "security",of which is the social "participation" of the old who occupy the core position among them.With the improvement of people’s health consciousness,the number and the size of the old to participate in sports activities are increasing constantly,as well as the old people’s demands for sports.However,what merits our concern is the serious shortage of the aged sports human resource,so as not to meet the sports demand for large elderly population.Given this,in the perspective of "to let the old have something to do",I take the old(here,the old means that they are ordinary old people,retired PE teachers,and the old people who are still working)in Kunming as research subjects with the guidance of management,sports science,sociology,and so on in this paper.And I systematically analyzed the current sports demand situation of the old and the potential human resources for the aged sports by using the research methods of questionnaire survey,interviews,and so on.Then I reflected and managed some constraints towards the potential human resource development of the aged sports in these aspects of individual,family and society.Because we need to increase the aged sports human resource and meet more sports demand for the old,I learned many domestic and international advanced experience and theories.Therefore,I constructed the development path model and put forward the specific suggestions in order to make the development and utilization of potential human resources maximize for the aged sports.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The overall present situation of the senior citizen sports demand in Kunming is:the senior citizen sports demand mainly includes the physical and healthy guidance,the physical knowledge consultation,the organization and management of physical activities,the constitution monitoring.I got that it is unbalanced between the sports demand for the old and the aged sports human resource.(2)The basic present situation of the potential human resource for the aged sports in Kunming is as follows;the first is the willingness.The willingness of the ordinary old people is stronger than the retired or retiring PE teachers.The second is the health.Most of the old are with a fundamental healthy situation.The third is the education.The education degree of the ordinary old people and the practitioners of the old is lower.Most of them are with the middle school education,while the PE teachers is better,who are with college degree or above.The Fourth is the professional skills.In the aspects of sports specialized skills,the number of the senior citizen practitioners who master the professional skills of gymnastics and dancing is maxi mum,while the number of the retired PE teachers who are with competitive professional skills is maximum;the number of ordinary old people is in the middle.For the sports theoretical knowledge of the old,they all know a little.According to the related skills of the aged sports,they all have better ability in the aspects of management,organization and communication,while they are less developed in the aspects of mastering modern information technology.(3)The constraints about the potential human resource development and utilization for the aged sports in Kunming are individual,family and society.(4)The three development path models about the potential human resource for the aged sports are respectively the pattern of volunteer,business and community.The main suggestions of this study are as follows:(1)Changing ideas,Set up the correct view of "achieving ambition in his old age".Through propaganda and guidance,and gradually turn hinder the elderly in individuals,families,social sports concept of human resources development potential.(2)Improving the population quality of the old.By strengthening the elderly sports education legislation,encourage the development of diversification of elderly sports education institutions and organizations,and the ways to develop the community elderly sports education,promote the elderly sports potential use of human resources.(3)Displaying the government guidance function.By strengthening legislation,set up a flexible retirement system and the work time,and the ways to build elderly sports human resources market,promote the elderly sports human resources development potential. |
