With the economic system reform and increasing employment pressure,more and more college students no longer simply choose the government agencies,institutions,state-owned enterprises and other formal forms of employment,and gradually began to choose some part-time,private enterprises,or their own business "Non-regular employment" form."Irregular employment" to alleviate the employment pressure of college students,broaden the employment channels have great significance and role,its development has aroused the concern of domestic and foreign scholars.Based on this,this study explores three aspects: the compilation of the questionnaire of " non-regular employment",the investigation of current situation,and the relationship between learning motivation and professional efficacy.In the pre-study,according to the previous study of occupational attitudes and analysis,revised and prepared the college students " non-regular employment" attitude questionnaire.The study assumes that the questionnaire has three latitudes,namely,cognitive dimension,emotional dimension,and behavioral dimension.Through the confirmatory factor analysis,found that the three factors of the indicators better.The internal coherence coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.732.Correlation analysis showed that the sub-questionnaire and the total questionnaire related to the0.741-0.888 between,indicating that each sub-questionnaire better reflect the questionnaire to measure the content.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.On the basis of pre-study,382 college students aged 18 to 30 years old were studied,and the attitudes of college students with different gender,educational level,grade and place of origin to " non-regular employment" were explored.The results show that boys’ attitude is significantly higher than that of girls in the " non-regular employment" attitude.Undergraduates are significantly higher in the " non-regular employment" than those of the master and fourth grade students in the " non-regular employment" attitude is significantly higher than other grades Students,urban students and rural students in the " non-regular employment" attitude is part of the significant.This shows that boys on the " non-regular employment" attitude than girls active,undergraduate students of the " non-regular employment" attitude than themaster to be positive,fourth grade students in the " non-regular employment" attitude than other grades of students more Positive,urban students are more aware of "irregular employment" than rural students,but in the choice of tendencies,rural students are more willing to choose "irregular employment" than urban students.In the study of 474 college students aged between 18 and 30 years of age,the "non-regular employment" attitude questionnaire,learning motivation scale and occupational efficacy scale were used to explore the attitude of college students’ "non-regular employment" The relationship between occupational efficacy.The results show that occupational motivation affects learning motivation positively,and learning motivation is positively related to " non-regular employment" attitude,and occupational efficacy is positively related to "irregular employment" attitude.Through model analysis,it is obvious that the model of learning motivation is mediator.This paper shows that with the enhancement of college students ’professional efficacy,the motivation of learning is also increasing.With the increase of learning motivation,the attitude of college students to " non-regular employment" is more positive;the sense of occupational efficiency affects college students’ " non-regular employment" Attitude,learning motivation in the sense of professional efficacy and "non-regular employment" attitude from the intermediary role.The Effect of Occupational Efficacy Influences College Students’ " Non-regular Employment" by Learning Motivation.This study compares and analyzes the attitudes of college students ’ "irregular employment" from four aspects: gender difference,cultural level difference,grade difference and homemade difference.This is to explore the attitude of college students’ "irregular employment" This paper provides empirical support.In addition,the study finds that there is a positive correlation between college students’ "irregular employment" attitude,learning motivation and professional efficacy,and on this basis,to improve the "irregular employment" attitude of college students Provided advice.
