With the development of the times and the curriculum reform of PE teachers for development is also faced with the change from teacher to academic experts,physical education is also gradually from the point of"teaching" is to "teaching and learning" academic.But under the influence of "sports academic equals sports scientific research" of traditional academic values and "sports teaching is not sports academic"concept of traditional teaching,and the school sports teaching academic concept is relatively old,because the degree of attention to research on the teaching of physical education is not enough,the lack of Physical Education teachers in primary and middle school academic.Primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching is not only related to the quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools and the overall development of physical education in primary and secondary schools,but also the development of primary and secondary school physical education teachers must face the problem.Therefore,the government,the school and the physical education teachers should pay attention to the situation of the primary and secondary school physical education teachers.In 'this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching research.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the teaching of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and puts forward some practical countermeasures to solve the problems.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part is an introduction,including the research purpose,research significance and literature review.The significance of the study mainly from the rich and perfect sports teaching academic theory,promote the primary and middle school PE teachers in their professional development,and provide a theoretical basis for the effective teaching of PE teachers in primary and middle schools,is conducive to the teaching and research of concept reconstruction and the standardization of School Physical Education;promote rational treatment of classroom teaching of primary and middle school PE teachers,promoting the teaching of reflection and research of sports teachers of Science in primary and secondary schools,is conducive to the effective teaching practice of primary and middle school PE teachers guidance,to promote and provide guidance and help school PE teaching reform are discussed;the literature review from the connotation,the academic teaching situation and improve primary and secondary school academic ability,teaching and other aspects of literature review;the definition of core concepts gives a brief description of research ideas and technical route of this paper,clarify ideas for the current research.The second part is the research object and research methods.The main research methods of this paper are literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.The object of the questionnaire survey is stratified sampling and random sampling in 15 cities in Hunan Province,a total of 125 primary schools were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The third part is the analysis of the present situation.Mainly from the teaching idea,teaching practice,teaching growth to examine the status of physical education teachers in primary and middle school academic,understand the overall situation and development dilemma,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools of the academic results that "teaching idea" dimension,physical education teachers on sports teaching is largely because the title needs,rather than spontaneous to study on the PE teaching.In the practice of teaching,it is mainly reflected in the reflection on the teaching design is not enough,can not find the problem in-depth study,and in contrast to the lack of teaching."Knowledge and ability" dimension,physical education teachers' teaching in the physical education teachers,including physical education theory knowledge,reflection on teaching,as well as the ability to write scientific reports and other research capabilities are lacking."Communication and training" dimension,physical education teachers should promote academic teachers actively participate in research consciousness is weak.The fifth part is to put forward the concept of teaching and learning in primary and secondary school physical education teachers.The main active advocacy and efforts to promote the research on the primary and secondary school sports teaching practice:grounded theory and realistic value orientation to the sports teaching interdependence,establish that consciousness research in the practice of physical education in primary and secondary schools,the firm from the point of view to promote the deepening of teaching research in primary and secondary schools aim;deepen the effective teaching in school sports on the basis of scientific research:the maintenance of "ecological sports teachers academic project lead",set up to enhance the teaching of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools of the academic teaching team,to explore the"reflection" as the action strategies of academic teaching of primary and middle school PE teachers,sports department based on the formation of physical teaching research of middle and primary schools;encourage teachers to enhance the ability in self professional development:cultivating consciousness in sports teaching practice of problem oriented guidelines In the practice of physical education and scientific research,self confidence can be improved in the process of physical education.
