As the country's precious human resources,college graduates who can successfully achieve employment and entrepreneurship have far-reaching implications.As an important part of the employment guidance education,college students career guidance curriculum can play an active role in promoting the employment and Entrepreneurship of College Students.The career guidance course for college students in Gansu province has been open for many years,but how is the teaching effectiveness of curriculum need to be further studied.Based on this,this study which from the perspective of students chooses senior as the research object and uses questionnaire and interview method to collect and analyze data.The results show that the teaching effectiveness of college students' career guidance in Gansu province is low and the specific performance is as follows:1.67.1% of the students thought that the career guidance teaching has no help for employment and Entrepreneurship.2.The average value of College Students' learning harvest is 2.74,which is lower than the median value of 3.This shows that the current employment guidance courses in Gansu colleges and universities failed to make the students in the attitude,knowledge and skills to obtain greater progress.Through the teaching,in the attitude level,the concept of employment and Entrepreneurship of college students has not been significantly improved,especially the lack of careerplanning awareness and entrepreneurial awareness.The level of knowledge,students' mastery of the knowledge is not balanced,to master the knowledge of employment was obviously higher than that of entrepreneurial knowledge and occupation career planning knowledge.On the technical level,college students have a good grasp of employment skills,but the ability to start a career and career planning has not been significantly improved.Further study shows that the main factors leading to the low teaching effectiveness of career guidance courses are mainly reflected in two aspects: subjective reasons and objective reasons.Subjective reasons: Firstly,the purpose of College Students' learning with a certain utilitarian;Secondly,the students' classroom participation is poor who do not participate in graduation;Thirdly,the lack of awareness of the importance of career guidance.Objective reasons: Firstly,the teaching content lacks of entrepreneurial knowledge;Secondly,teaching methods is traditional and single,Thirdly,the number of teachers is low and the professional is poor.Therefore,based on the above reasons,this paper argues that: Firslyt,we should strengthen the guidance of attention;Secondly,enrich the employment guidance course teaching content;Thirdly,optimize the employment guidance course teaching method;Fourth,improving teachers' professional quality.
