Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics,in Lan Zhou city qilihe district five middle school as the research object,the physical conditions of middle school students in Lan Zhou city and the impact of factors and analyzes the problems in physical education curriculum,through the analysis and in combination with the relationship between the two,with the improvement of students’ physical health level as the ultimate goal of physical education curriculum as the medium,to analyze the data,and find a place to improve,practical and effective Suggestions and measures are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Middle school students’ physical health is closely related to many factors,genetic factors,the government policy system,atmosphere of family sports and community sports atmosphere,their own interests and hobbies and other factors,the influence of school physical education curriculum for middle school students’ physical health is one of the most important influencing factors.They have inevitable contact,physical education quality directly affects the rise and fall of students’ physical health level.2.Can be seen from the data,in recent years,middle school students’ physical health level of slow growth and the proportion of obesity is more and more big,didn’t get effective control.Due to the factors of course work and parents,students enthusiasm declining of physical exercise.Only in the necessary time of enter a higher school concentrated assault sports scores,the students’ physical health promotion is not much help.3.Lanzhou city exists in a certain deviation on physical education curriculum target,curriculum content on the choice of also can do better,some schools teaching plan on the basis of campus teaching conditions,without considering the interests of students,although there is no so-called sheep type PE,but the students’ interest and participation is high enough,cannot have the best exercise effect,the improvement of the physical education curriculum design and arrangements need to be further make it more realistic.4.The factors influencing the effect of physical education curriculum is all levels of government policies and regulations,education system,social and parents education concept,school conditions and facilities,leaders,teachers and students understanding of physical education,and attitude and so on,many factors on the impact of physical education curriculum,directly affect the effect of physical exercise and physical health of students.Suggestions and measures:1.Improve the understanding of physical education curriculum,the school publicity column should enhance the publicity of quality-oriented education theory,each class should choose blackboard marked place,used to display and promote quality education concept,teachers should actively cooperate with other disciplines teacher of physical education,the concept of quality education to guide work,causes the student to accept quality education on thought,really understand the quality education2.The school sports dance,aerobics,can be martial art,rope skipping,shuttlecock kicking,etc as main contents,physical education,these projects demand for space is not high,sports equipment basic don’t need or simple equipment.3.The school can invite parents to participate in "on a regular basis to" exercise with children "as the theme of the Parents’ meeting,participation sports classroom teaching activities,open forums after class,teachers,students,parents and talk about the feeling of the sports classroom,which not only can let parents understand the nature of the physical education,but also shows the school attaches great importance to the degree of physical education and students health.
