Abstract/Summary:
In the face of the deepening of the tide of reform,the formulation of the overall goal of governance and the emergence of the new growth of the "recession" economy,the new capacity demand for public management students is urgently needed to be able to cope with the problems of social public problems,Management of high-quality,high-level high-level public management talents.However,in recent years,the employment rate of undergraduate in public management is low,and there is a disconnection between the employability of public management students and social needs.The development of specialized talents of public management can not meet the needs of social development.Match the question.This paper attempts to explore the dimensions of the employability of public management students from the perspective of supply and demand,so as to construct the employment capacity structure model.The evaluation scale designed in this study can be used as a self-evaluation and analysis tool for career guidance and career planning of public management students to enhance their own employment competitiveness;to help colleges and universities to cultivate excellent public management personnel to streamline ideas and direction,To provide protection for their employment.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,and draws lessons from the related concepts,theories,structure and the requirements of the modern management personnel of the public management talents at home and abroad.On this basis,the research questions,Put forward the main research methods,technical routes and innovation.Secondly,it defines the connotation and extension of the employment ability of public management students,and lays the theoretical foundation of this paper-human resource theory and rooting theory,and provides theoretical support for the following analysis.In addition,the use of qualitative research and quantitative research combined with the method,the research data for the design,implementation and analysis.Model construction stage,the use of qualitative research in the root of the theoretical orientation,the interview object in-depth interviews,collecting interviews data.Based on the interview data,three kinds of procedures,such as open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,are constructed and modeled by the expert Nvivo8.0 qualitative analysis software.Finally,through the quantitative analysis method of factor analysis and other methods,SPSS19.0 and AMOS20.0 professional analysis software are used to further analyze and test the structural model of the employment ability of public management students,and ensure the accuracy and rigor of the model.The professional college students should have the ability to put forward their own views,and finally come to the conclusion.
