Electronic Competitive Sports Clubs Operating Mechanism Research In Shandong Province

Esports movement is emerging sports in our country,has been received for a new sports industry.On November 18,2003,the state general administration of sports will officially listed as the 99 th electronic athletic sports after(redefined as the 78th).In the social progress in the process of rapid development,the level of People's Daily life to achieve the requirements of electronic competitive sports has gradually evolved into one of the favorite sports teenagers.Electronic competitive sports has been rapidly growing in our country,gradually formed a system operating mechanism.Esports movement become the new market economy development needs,it promotes the development of market economy under the new pattern of integrated industry.Although the sports market got rapid development in our country,but the sport for most people is still a new thing,research is still a blank in our country.So face the blank in the research of electronic competitive sports and in combination with the analysis of electronic competitive sports development in our country,in this paper,by using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,9 clubs in Shandong province leadership interview and related professionals,with 9 clubs operating mechanism as the object of interview,and the movement of its players handed out 150 questionnaires,and from the operating mechanism of goal,organization,motivation,communication,constraints,such as security for the specific analysis,according to the electronic competitive sports clubs of Shandong province in the operating mechanism of the development of analysis the following conclusions:1,the current operation of electronic competitive sports club in Shandong province is not related to the government and related departments,society,enterprise form diversified development goals,just by a single network game to give priority to.2,in the process of the development of the electronic competitive sports clubs in our province club and not formed between the government and related departments related legal basis,no unified form a complete legal system,people's knowledge of electronic competitive sports and social public opinion to the development of the athletic sports in our province there are certain constraints.3,membership of electronic competitive sports clubs operating mechanism through the development in our province,sales of electronic products,management of water in the club,snack bar the way to expand the club's operations.4,the development of the club to expand from image promotion,image promotion is an effective means to expand the scale of its own development club,Shandong electronic competitive sports club also conducted effective image propaganda,including network member of propaganda and publicity as the main way of propaganda.
