Research On The Operating Mechanism Of Commercial Tennis Club

With the development of social economy,sports have been paid more and more attention.China has proposed that China's sports industry should achieve 5 trillion goals by 2025.Tennis industry is an important part of sports industry,and commercial tennis club is an important form of tennis industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the operating mechanism of commercial tennis club.In this paper,through the methods of literature,interview and field investigation,this paper investigates six commercial tennis club,which have been developed well and with different characteristics and registered in China Tennis Association.The operation mechanism of commercial tennis club is analyzed by PEST analysis.The results are as follows:(1)Because of the characteristics of the project,training methods and the characteristics of the audience,club has certain in its operation and management.(2)For its own development,the commercial tennis club will show a part of public welfare and publicize itself through public welfare activities;in addition,some is making use of public resources.(3)The external macro environment is conducive to the development of the commercial tennis club,the attraction of the policy,the economic power,the increase of the tennis population,the support of the Internet technology and so on,but the combination of the club and the environment is not close,and the corresponding changes are lacking.(4)There is a lack of legal system in clubs.It is mainly manifested in the absence of market main body status and internal management,and lack of legal constraints such as labor contracts.(5)The club's incentive and restraint mechanism is not perfect.It is mainly manifested in the fact that coaches' salary incentives are not standardized,mental motivation is not taken seriously,lack of pertinence in constraints,and execution is not in place.(6)Club organizational structure is not perfect.In terms of factors,managers' abilities and concepts are deficient,coaches' management is not standardized,and all kinds of material resources are not complete.In terms of organizational structure,some clubs are subject to scale and departments are not perfect enough,and there is a straight line management mode.Under the flat management mode,there are too many concurrent personnel among departments,which is likely to lead to abuse of power,which is not conducive to club development The following suggestions are put forward:(1)Accurate market positioning,early work to do enough.(2)To open the club door,strive for multiple cooperation.(3)Standardize the operation of the club and strengthen the construction of the legal system.(4)To optimize organizational structure,pay attention to talent training.(5)Pay attention to tennis culture,improve service level.(6)Keep up with the pace of the times,build up something new.
