Guidance case is a teacher’s lesson plan based on the new curriculum standards,combined with the actual situation of the students.It aims to guide students to independent learning and optimize students’ self-learning ability.It is a product of the new curriculum reform.In this study,after a review of a large number of case studies Guidance,drawing on the basis of previous research,this thesis will lead the case study use in junior high school PE teaching practice.This thesis uses two middle school classes in the Experimental School of Zhongshan District as the research objects respectively.It uses three teaching units from the fast run,standing long jump,volleyball pads ball to do the experiment.Grade one Class 6 is the experimental class,using the Guidance case to teach;Grade one Class 3 is the control class,using conventional teaching.At the end of the experiment,through the comparison of two classes of students from the aspects of technology assessment,knowledge acquirement level and P.E.interests after the teaching of these three teaching units.In this way,we can verify the effect of the application in the guidance case of sports teaching practice.The results show that: 1,In track and field fast running teaching unit,before the experiment,the average score of 50 meters in experimental class is 9.24 seconds,compared to 9.05 seconds in the control class.After using SPSS21.0 software for independent samples T-test,P > 0.05,there is no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class,the average score of the control class is 0.19 seconds faster than the average score of the experimental class.The average score of the 50 meters test in experimental class is 8.85 seconds,compared to 9.13 seconds in the control class,P > 0.05,no significant difference;After the experiment,the average scores of experimental class increased 0.39 seconds,P <0.05,there is a significant difference before and after the experiment;The average scores of the control classes after the experiment reduced 0.08 seconds,P > 0.05,there is no significant difference.In the technical assessment aspects,after the Experiment,the technology level of A accounts to 53% of the whole class(16 people),compared to 13 % of the control class(4 people);the average score of the experimental class and the control class in unit knowledge test were 69.33 and 51.33 respectively(the full is 100),the highest score of the experimental class is 90 points,the highest score of the control class is 70 points,after T test,P <0.001,the two classes show significant difference.2,Experimental comparison data in standing long jump teaching unit,the average score of experimental class before the experiment is 1.67 m compared to 1.78 m in the control class.After T test,P > 0.05,it indicates that the experimental class and the control class before the experiment have no significance difference;after the test,the average score of experimental class is 1.82 m,compared to 1.87 m of the control class,P> 0.05,which didn’t exhibit significant differences;the comparison of experimental class performance before and after the experiment,P <0.05,there is significant difference;The average scores of the control class before and after the experiment increases 0.09 m,but P> 0.05,the difference was not significant;In aspects of standing long jump technical assessment,in experimental class,16 people,achieves outstanding(A),accounting to 53.3% of the total number of class,compared to 30% of the control class(9 people);the average score of the experimental class and the control class in unit knowledge test results are 36.5 and 30.5 points respectively(the full is 60).Although average score of the experimental class is six points higher than the control class,after the T-test,P> 0.05,there is not significant difference.3,Teaching unit of the mat ball in volleyball,before the experiment,the experiment class and control class of mat ball of the average score are 27.30 and 27.50 per min respectively,P> 0.05,there is no significant difference between the two sets of data.Experiment classes and control classes 1min mat ball score 81.57 and 68.13 respectively,P <0.05,after the experiment,the two groups show remarkable difference;There is a comparison between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,the experimental class is 54.27 more than before the experiment on average,compared to 40.63 in control class,the independent samples T-test P<0.001,there is a very significant difference between the experimental and control classes before and after the experiment;the experimental class and the control class volleyball game pad from comparative assessment,achieve outstanding experimental class(A)of 23 people,accounting to 76.7 percent of the total number of experimental class,the control class achieves outstanding(A)of 15 people,accounting to 50% of the total number of the control class;The comparison of knowledge test unit,before the experiment,experimental class average score is 7.47 points,the control class average score is 7.87(the full is 100),the highest score is 20 points in the experimental class and control class’ s highest score is 32 points,after the independent samples T-test,P> 0.05,before the experiment,there is no significant difference between the experimental class and control class;the average score of the experimental class after experiment is 45.40 points,compared to 10.67 points in control class.The highest score is 98 points in the experimental class compared to32 points in control class,after independent samples T-test,P <0.001,it shows that there is a very significant difference between the experimental class and control class after the experiment.4,The average score in the experiment questionnaire of students interested in physical education in the experimental class before experiment is 96.78 points,the control class average score is 90.56 points,after the independent samples T-test,P> 0.05,there is no significant difference between the two groups;After the experiment,the experimental class’ s average score is 107.66,the control class average score is 94.61 points,after the independent samples T-test,P<0.001,there is a very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental results show that guidance learning plan applied to physical education can help students improve sports performance;Applying Guidance case in Physical Education helps students master motor skills;Guidance case applied in Physical Education helps students learn to master the knowledge of sports;Guidance case applied in Physical Education helps to improve students’ interest in physical education.And the thesis makes some recommendations in the use and effect of Guidance case in Physical Education teaching practice accordingly.
