Since the new century,the reform of our country to launch a new round of the internal management system and mechanism in Colleges and universities.Performance management is an important part of human resources management.Performance appraisal is reasonable or not,whether the improvement of performance evaluation is often directly affect the effectiveness of management in Colleges and universities.This paper is based on the higher of Career Technical College as the research object.In 2010,the national Ministry of education and Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "on further advancing the" national model of higher occupation colleges and universities construction plan "the implementation of work notice",add about 100 countries backbone vocational colleges.Lanzhou Resources and Environment Voc-Tech College is ranked as one of the 100 colleges.Development opportunities and opportunities in this background,development of human resources planning science,is advantageous to support the overall development of the College.Scientific and effective perfonnance management system is the priority among priorities of the human resource management.Based on the relevant theory and research methods of performance management at home and abroad,compared the occupation college performance management system,briefly introduces the development strategy of college and the current human resource planning.Then the present situation of performance management in Lanzhou Resources and Environment Voc-Tech College is analyzed.First,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,on this basis,combining with the teaching characteristics of Higher Vocational College,attempts to put forward a set of new staff performance management index system and discusses the establishment of its process control and feedback system.Finally analyzes the implementation difficulties and the security of the system,expected in the implementation process,to further explore and practice,in order to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.
