Educators according to primary and middle school students mental health education of primary and secondary schools refers to the physical and mental characteristics,the use of psychology knowledge and skills,training students’ good psychological quality,promote the healthy and happy growth of a way of education.In today’s complex social environment,facing the huge pressure to study and life of primary and middle school students,the students with good psychological quality is the precondition of the cope with stress.Along with a series of relevant documents,for example:"the several opinions on strengthening mental health education of primary and secondary school","the primary and secondary school mental health education guidelines" and so on,Everywhere have also work in primary and secondary schools to carry out mental health education.The psychological health education work is very uneven across the country.Look from the regions:the south is better than the north,east is better than the west,the city is better than the countryside(Fu Wendi,2001).In addition,the economic developed areas,such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,are relatively perfect in psychological health education.By contrast,it is necessary to reform the psychological health education in Guangxi.Since 1993,"China education reform and development compendium" emphasized to transform from exam-oriented education to quality education,and then successively promulgated a series of files to develop mental health education.In the context of such a policy,analyze the factors which restrict the development of the mental health education in Guangxi is the key to solve practical problems.The theoretical value of the article is to conclude that restricting factors for the development of mental health education of primary and secondary schools has five aspects which are work site,equipment,teachers,activities and resources through carrying analysis and summaries on the policy documents,theory research and practice exploration.Aimed at investigating the status quo,combined with the influencing factors of mental health education of primary and secondary schools,puts forward some countermeasures for the development of mental health education in Guangxi.Three surveys were conducted in this research.Using the questionnaire for the first time,the object is in primary and middle schools in Guangxi region who are in charge of education technical equipment school,using the questionnaire for "mental health education of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi status questionnaire",invest mental health development of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi from the aspect of school administrator,395 questionnaires were received;A second survey in the form of a spreadsheet and set up "the psychological education of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi basic data collection table",letting the primary and secondary schools in Guangxi by E-mail report each school mental health education related data,collected 9239 schools’ data.Survey for the third time,the use of the preferential research was chosen 88 cities and counties in the entire district school,writing "the present situation of mental health education of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi interview outline" as a research tool.Aimed at understanding on behalf of the advanced level of school mental health education in Guangxi.The interview outline included the contents of five parts:the mental health education of the work site,staff,equipment,activities and resources.Results showed:(1)In terms of the work site and the equipment,only 19.1%of the schools have special rooms for psychological education in Guangxi;Only 6.92%of the schools have special equipment in Guangxi,the reality is not ideal.(2)In the aspects of teaching staff,only 5.1%of the schools have special psychological teacher in Guangxi,student-faculty ratios 1:8084 far below the national average.(3)In the aspect of activity,43.8%of schools set up psychological education in Guangxi;46.2%of the school each semester will carry out psychological education theme activities in Guangxi,but psychology class and theme activities account for the low proportion.(4)In the aspect of resource,4.4%of the school has published the psychological education school-based teaching materials in Guangxi,2.7%of schools have unpublished psychology education school-based teaching materials in Guangxi;The merit research conclude that there are 40.3%of schools don’t have institutional guarantee in carrying out psychological health education;A questionnaire for school leaders found that about 80%of the schools have no psychological archives construction.(5)The current students’ psychological problems that deserves attention of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi are attention quality,too dependent on parents and teachers,can not adapt to the school environment,classmates,weariness,hyperactivity,emotional,cowardly,naughty,fuss,fear,depression,interpersonal relations,network game problem,puppy love,rebellious and in adolescence,exam pressure.Teachers’ psychological problems mainly include pressure,professional ability,mental discomfort,tired,feeling of inferiority,sense of responsibility,negative emotions,health,relationships,and loss,ambivalence,negative value,career planning anxiety and low happiness.The results show that the mental health education of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi is still in a low level of development and there are large differences between intercollegiate.According to the current situation,I put forward six countermeasures as follows:First,the correct view of mental health education work,strengthens to its importance;Second,increase the funds investment,improving the psychological consulting room and hardware facilities;Third,to strengthen the teachers troop construction,form the specialized team;Fourth,to carry out the rich variety of psychological health education activities;Fifth,to effectively carry out mental health education to create resources;Sixth,carry out mental health education activities to students on the basis of the problem.This study conclude three conclusions:First,restricting factors for the development of mental health education of primary and secondary schools has five aspects:work site,equipment,teachers,activities and resources;Second,The level of primary and secondary school mental health education in Guangxi in the five aspects of the development is low,there are big differences between the level of development in the schools;Third,in order to develop mental health education of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi can carry out from these five aspects:To strengthen the construction of work site,equipment equipped,the teachers troop construction,development of the theme activities,invest resources.
