With the speeding up of the pace of life and influenced by various factors,in middle school students,especially high school students as the main body of the social bad problems emerging front of people.In order to make students better adapt to the demand of social development,school and society pay more attention to moral education.However,for how to strengthen the moral education work,although have accumulated a lot of successful experience,but also there are many problems are worth thinking.Today,the efficiency of high school's moral education is unsatisfactory,there is a moral education and psychological problems of students in understanding deviation,in the face of the students' psychological problems,we often adopt the method to carry on the education of moral education,the effect is often backfire.Practice has proved that every successful moral education work,must be followed in some respects people's psychological needs and psychological law of development of education.In this paper,with the aid of related theories and methods of psychological counseling,to high school students as the research object,and help the moral education workers to better study the thought characteristic of the education object,and behavior;By revealing the moral objects of generation and development of ideas,psychological and change law of the implementation of targeted apartment work,this will greatly improve the degree of scientific moral education work,so as to improve the efficiency of the moral education work.The text altogether is divided into four parts:The first part: the first part is introduction,mainly introduced the purpose of writing this article,the existing research status,the main definition and research ideas and research methods of this article.The second part: the second part focuses on the function of moral education copy of psychological counseling.Main functions include: guiding function,regulating function,compensation,promoting and integrating functions.Research on thefunction of moral education copy of psychological counseling are better clear the status of psychological consultation on moral education,so as to combine psychological consultation and moral education.The third part: the third part focuses on the high school moral education psychological dilemma.The Angle of the primary school moral education worker is introduced from two aspects,the first part is introduce the moral education workers of moral education work itself exists on the psychological myth,the second aspect is to introduce the a neglect of students' psychological moral education workers.Through to the junior middle school moral education work of an understanding of the psychological difficulties,can be more constructive improvement measures are put forward.The fourth part: the fourth part mainly introduces the psychological consultation improve the path of the high school moral education.Mainly from three aspects to write,the first one is with the aid of technology and methods of psychological counseling to improve high school moral education,including teaching technology and behavior evaluation technology,can improve moral education methods and evaluation methods of moral education;The second aspect is the psychological consulting the idea of people-oriented,reflect humanistic care makes the moral education work,meet the needs of the students' moral and ethical emotion;Finally on the one hand is to write the process of moral education should respect students' subjectivity,understand the student's individual mental and physical and mental development rule,to do according to their aptitude.
