Research On Senior High School Students' Self Management Mode

With the development of the times and the change of students,the management of senior high school students is very limited,and the traditional management mode is still the main way.Although many experts and scholars have been studied,there are many schools of management reform.but reform research and efforts are not enough,always worried about management of change will affect the students of the university entrance exam,in the growth of students and the examination oriented education both to find the balance.Jiangsu province Hongze County three high school leaders of different levels has been improved some management methods,but the effect is still not ideal.Research on high school students' self-management present situation,the ultimate goal is to understand and analyze the status of independent management and find high schoo students autonomous management countermeasures,so that students can be achieved outstanding results,and can do their best.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the research background,research purpose,research significance and research design.The second part is a summary of the domestic and foreign research literature.The third part is about the Hongze County three high school students to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis,as well as some of the school leaders to interview.The fourth part is to summarize and analyze the reasons for the problems that arise in the in.vestigation of students.Problems are mainly reflected in:A,school management,the lack of professional ability;second,students lack of guidance,the lack of awareness of participating in the management of the;third,high school student management is lack of good environment;fourth,the development of students' development stage characteristics influence the management work;5,high school students management mode is single.And the causes of the problems are:management ideology is not liberation,the lack of innovative spirit;high school lack the opportunity to enhance the capability of independent;affected by the traditional concept,subject position to highlight;there is contradiction in student's characteristics and management;examination oriented education model have not been was broken.The fifth part is the high school students autonomous management countermeasures,including three parts:schools and parents to for the independent management of carry out the escort,"blacksmith needs its own hardware,students to self improve the comprehensive quality,the construction of high school students' self-management mode,multi range to carry out independent management.
