The understanding and research on teachers’ flow can be carried out not only from the perspective of macro and micro,but also from the medium level.In this paper,the analysis and study of teachers’ flow is real and more profound.This can give us a new perspective to study the flow of teachers and create conditions for generating a reasonable,healthy condition of teachers’ flow.As the key factors of school development,school culture not only affects the teachers’professional growth and professional development,but also affects the flow of the teachers.School culture includes a will of pursuing truth,goodness and beauty.With the generation of school culture,it can be a strong power which can create a kind of strong cultural atmosphere and influence each of the teachers involved in consciously and unconsciously.Therefore,the study of teachers’ flow in the perspective of school culture can make the only people who work as teacher have a comprehensive,overall,profound grasp of the teachers’ flow problems in reality.It can also help majority of scholars and school administrators understand the importance,connotation and the characteristic of school culture,so as to improve their attention to school culture and provide a good environment for the construction of school culture as well as the stability and health of teaching profession.Choosing primary and secondary school teachers’ flow as the research object,this paper analyses and studies school culture and school teachers’ flow in detail in the perspective of school culture,using the method of literature research,concept analysis,theoretical thinking and so on.Besides,it focuses on the problems existing in the construction of school culture and the effects it has on teachers’ flow.And then,proposes the idea to promote rational teachers’ flow by constructing school culture,hoping that the healthy development of school education and reasonable,balanced allocation of teachers can be realized.This paper can be divided into five parts.The first two parts mainly make an interpretation of the relevant concepts and related research,which can make readers have a basic knowledge and pave the way for the subsequent writing.The next two parts focuses on the topic,presenting to us the situation of teachers’ flow,analyzing the factors which influence teachers’ flow and the influence that the development of school culture has on teachers’ flow.The last part is the reflection,putting forwarding the way to promote teachers’flow by constructing the school culture in reality.Faced with the reality that more and more attention is being paid to school culture and the function of school culture is more and more significant,scholars and education workers should pay more attention to the connotation of school culture,composition of school culture,the influence of that the development of the school culture has on teacher flow and the problem such as the construction of school culture.
