| At present,the state-owned insurance companies,which occupy an important position in Chinese insurance market,are a pivotal part of the social security system.They are playing an essential role in the co-construction,co-sharing and harmony of the society.The sales staff groups,the front-line staff who are direct to customers,are the main force for the management and development of an insurance company as well as the key element for the company’s progress.The ideological and political work of the sales staff should be done well;the guiding role of ideological and political work should be displayed;the correct value orientation of the sales staff should be guided to establish;their sense of belonging should be enhanced and their drive to work should be stimulated;and the overall healthy development of sales staff should be promoted.So that all the measures above can provide spiritual impetus and manpower support for the sustainable development of state-owned insurance companies and promote the healthy development of the social security system,which are urgent problems to be solved.Four parts are divided clearly in the thesis.The first part is introduction,which firstly introduce the research background and its significance.Then,the research fruits of domestic and foreign scholars are clarified,concluded and summarized from multidimensional aspects,which lay a foundation for determining the research assumptions and contents.At the end of this part,research methods and innovative points of this thesis are illustrated.The second part is theory summary.The the relevant concepts of the ideological and political work of sales staff in state-owned insurance companies are defined.In the meanwhile,Max’ s theory on the all-round development of human beings and Xi Jinping’ s view of the masses of the people are expounded,which provide theoretical bases for analyzing the current status and countermeasures of this research in the following pages.The third part is status analysis.Taking China Pacific Insurance Company as an example,the author collates the data by conducting an empirical investigation,finding that the sales staff of state-owned insurance companies have made some achievements in the ideological and political work: the qualities of sales staff are improved;the forms of the ideological and political work are enriched;and the lifeline status of the ideological and political work are guaranteed.However,there exist some problems as well,which are mainly displayed as follows: deviation in theoretical cognition;lack of enough attention to the ideological and political work;rigid and single working mode;lack of pertinence;behindhand construction of the work team;low effectiveness;rewards and punishments weigh heavily on matter instead of spirits;unclear work orientation;low sense of belonging of sales staff;and little work drive.By empirical investigating,the present situation of the ideological and political work of the sales staff in state-owned insurance companies is comprehensively recognized and displayed,which lays the foundation for seeking countermeasures in the following article.The last part is research into countermeasures.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes mentioned above,the author proposes countermeasures from thefollowing five aspects: Strengthen theoretical study and change ideology;innovate the working form and enhance the actual effectiveness;establish a long-term mechanism and improve team building;reform the system of reward and punishment and set up the correct value orientation;and implement the people-oriented concept and exploit potentialities of sales staff. |
