Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Elderly Service In Chenghua District,Chengdu

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to actively respond to the aging of the population,build a policy system and social environment for respecting,caring for,and respecting the elderly,promote the integration of medical care,and accelerate the development of the cause of the elderly.Community care for the elderly is an important way to improve the happiness and sense of acquisition of the elderly in the development of the elderly career and industry in recent years.As the aging problem is becoming increasingly diversified and severe,how to satisfy and relieve the enormous pressure on China’s social and economic development brought by the growing aging population will have a profound impact on the sustained and healthy development of the entire country.Based on the society’s concern for community elderly care and the status quo of my country’s community elderly care,this article investigates and analyzes the status quo and demand for elderly care in the community in Chengdu,Chengdu,summarizes the problems and causes of the problems in the community elderly in Chengdu,and proposes solutions.Based on literature research methods,survey research methods,comparative research methods and other research methods,this article analyzes the achievements and problems in the development of community elderly care services in Chenghua District,Chengdu.In recent years,the overall development of community elderly care in Chenghua District has been good,and the community elderly care policies have basically formed a system.The full implementation and continuous advancement of the existing policy system will have a positive effect on the healthy development of community care for the elderly in Chenghua District.However,there are also some problems,such as not meeting the practical demands of some elderly people,inefficient use of some elderly care services and facilities,insufficient participation of social forces in elderly care services,and insufficient planning and construction of elderly care facilities.Aiming at the needs of the community for the elderly in Chenghua District and some problems that have arisen,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of policy system,organization construction,planning layout,facility construction,and service level.Summed up in the fast-paced life background of rapid economic development,a large number of small,empty nest of the family of the personalized,professional care service demand affect the next stage of the development of community care.Combined cause analysis,research results and the effectiveness of existing initiatives at home and abroad,the paper perfect "government-led,social participation," "integration of resources,unified configuration","on-demand portfolio,rapid response" initiatives in three areas studied;Research on policy guidelines that match the service mechanism and planning and construction of elderly care facilities;research on the main responsibilities of district governments,neighborhood offices and community neighborhood committees in the process of improving community elderly service mechanisms.
