With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology,the application of information solutions has increasingly become an effective means to solve problems in various industries.The public security organs are faced with the frequent occurrence of crimes against property in the daily investigation and handling of cases.At the same time,in the process of investigation and handling of these cases,each investigation and handling procedure consumes a lot of police force,which is contrary to the original intention of the development of new policing.In order to invest less police force to quickly and accurately investigate cases and capture suspects,each public security department needs to develop a set of efficient and rapid investigation and handling of cases against property Information system.There are two functions to be achieved in the system: one is to depict the suspect in the case of property infringement,and the other is to give early warning to the key personnel.First of all,in view of the technical means and existing problems in the detection of the current cases of property infringement.This paper analyzes the demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the characterization system of the criminal suspects of violating the property,and establishes the information characterization information system of the criminal suspects of violating the property in a city,which lays the foundation for the statistical analysis of the data of the criminal suspects of violating the property in the next step.Secondly,this paper analyzes the cases of the crime of infringing upon property in the past 8 years in a city,using k-means clustering algorithm to cluster the characteristic points of the suspects of infringing upon property,mining the characteristic points of the four typical crimes of infringing upon property,such as theft,robbery,robbery and fraud,and summarizing the characteristic points of the suspects of the corresponding cases.This paper proposes a profile-k-means algorithm for the portrait of criminal suspects of property infringement,gives the algorithm implementation and deployment method,and provides a feature reference model for the construction of such criminal suspectcharacterization system.Thirdly,on the basis of the demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the suspect characterization system of the new cases of the crime of infringing upon property,a set of suspect characterization system of the crime of infringing upon property is constructed for a city's public security system by using JSP programming language and SQL Server database software.The main functions of case investigation,personnel inquiry,information loading in studying and judging cases,criminal suspect inquiry,case feature annotation,etc.are designed.The visual modeling tool of criminal suspect is built.Through machine learning technology,the criminal suspect can be portrayed.For new cases of property invasion,the personnel information with high degree of suspicion can be provided to the investigators.According to the degree of suspicion,the On the other hand,we need to give early warning to the key personnel in the criminal record and to the similar cases around the key personnel,so that the key personnel in the criminal record can better grasp the activities of the key personnel and improve the fight against multiple cases of sexual assault Efficiency.The feasibility of the system is verified by testing the data of the past 8 years.
