| With the continuous development of science and technology and the rapid development of the Internet industry,the competition between countries is no longer just a contest of economic strength,and the promotion of cultural soft power also plays a crucial role in international competition.Colleges and universities take "cultivating people with virtue" as their fundamental task,and it is an important position to train talents in various fields.The development of innovative education is exactly conducive to transforming the mode of economic development and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In view of this,it is necessary to integrate innovative education into the on-course and off-course practice of colleges and universities in different forms.Based on the theory of the all-round development of Marx’s human beings,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of inovative education in colleges and universities in China and the experience in the development of innovative education in foreign countries,and summarizes the ways to promote the development of innovative education in colleges and universities with the theory of the all-round development of Marx’s human beings,and probes into the development path of innovative education in colleges and universities.First,the related basic concepts are sorted out.This paper dissolves and analyzes Marx’s theory of all-round human development from three levels:Marx’s definition of "human",Marx’s definition of "all-round development" and Marx’s definition of "all-round human development".The relationship between innovation and creation and the connotation and extension of innovation education are defined.Secondly,it clarifies the theoretical basis of the research.On the one hand,the author sorts out Marx’s conditions and paths for realizing the all-round development of human beings.On the other hand,in view of the contemporary characteristics of innovative education,this paper analyzes the relationship between marxist theory of all-round human development and contemporary innovative education,and holds that the practice of contemporary innovative education is just the contemporary interpretation of marxist theory of all-round human development,and puts forward the necessity of exploring the development direction of innovative education.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the current situation of innovative education in Chinese colleges and universities,the existing problems and the reasons behind them are analyzed.This paper analyzes and studies the basic cognition of innovation education in Chinese colleges and universities,the curriculum arrangement and practice exploration of innovation education in Chinese colleges and universities.It is pointed out that there are three main problems in the innovation education in colleges and universities in China,namely,insufficient understanding of the importance of innovation education in college education,neglect of the subject consciousness of educatees in the process of innovation education practice,and the need to form a system of innovation education environment.In view of the problems in these three aspects,the reasons for their existence are analyzed,and it is believed that the root cause is unclear training objectives for "well-rounded people",the subjective reason is the lack of innovative education professional team,and the objective principle is the imperfect training system.Finally,based on the comprehensive development theory of Marx,the paper explores the development path of innovative education in colleges and universities.Marx believed that the all-round development of human has three ways to develop social productive forces,combine education with productive labor,and enrich social relations.This paper puts forward to promote human needs,human abilities,and improve human social relations from the three perspectives of subject practice,and environment. |
