Research On Project Operation Of Party Construction In Social Organizations

Social organization has an important position for the work of the party and the masses.It is also an important area for strengthening the construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations,nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism.Strengthening the party building of social organizations can not only lead social organizations to sound development and stimulate their organizational vitality,but also expand the party’s influence on social organizations and further consolidate the party’s mass foundation.This article takes Nanchang S-supporting social organization as the research object,and uses the literature method,interview method and participatory observation method to analyze the S-supporting social organization’s "lighting orange lantern" party building project.First,from a theoretical perspective,the relevant concepts and research status of party building and project system in social organizations were introduced;secondly,the establishment,organization structure,and party building work of S-supported social organizations were analyzed in detail;we have also make a specific analysis to the background,operation process and characteristics of the party-building projects of S-supported social organization.The research shows that the effectiveness of the project-based operation of party building work in S-supported social organizations mainly due to multiple participation which stimulates the vitality of party building in social organizations,and the project-based operation which promotes the standardization of party building projects,and the professionalism of social organizations which improves the party building work,and the expansion of the service area of social workers which promotes the development of social organizations.Although S-supported social organization party building projects have achieved good results,there are still certain limitations in the operation process,such as: lack of vitality in party building work,lack of standardization of project operation,and lack of professionalism of social organizations themselves.With the help of resource dependence theory and project management theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including the lack of cooperation between the government and other related units,weak consciousness of party and mass,chaotic project management,lack of institutional norms for project evaluation,and lack of professional teams.Aiming at the limitation of the project-oriented operation of the party-building work of S-supporting social organizations in Nanchang,this article proposes perfect countermeasures from three levels: First,at the party-building level,guide grass-roots leaders to change their concepts,enhance their sense of responsibility,and play a pioneering role of party members.Stimulate the enthusiasm of party members and the masses to participate in party building work;second,at the project operation level,build a scientific project management system,standardize the operation of staff,introduce third-party evaluation agencies,and improve project accountability mechanisms;third,at the social organization level,improve The ability to link resources,reduce dependence on the government,improve incentives,strengthen the skills training of employees,and stimulate employee creativity.The above measures are conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of the party building projects of social organizations,and promoting the steady development of party building work of social organizations.
