Policy Research On Promoting The Development Of Sports Health Service Industry In Heilongjiang Province

At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal,and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way has reached a decisive stage.The continuous improvement of living standards makes people pay more and more attention to health and fitness.As a good medicine to promote health,physical exercise is the most green and safe way to enhance physical quality and maintain health.China has put forward and implemented the strategy of "national fitness" and "healthy China" one after another.As a sunrise industry,the sports health service industry is facing major development opportunities under the promotion of policies.Vigorously developing the sports health service industry will not only promote the health of the whole people,but also drive economic and social development,and become a new economic growth point.Heilongjiang Province has been carrying out and implementing various national strategies,issued a series of policies to promote the development of sports health service industry,and achieved certain results.However,on the whole,the level of sports health service industry in Heilongjiang Province is not high,and the relevant policies are not perfect enough.It needs the government to continue to issue and improve various policies to promote its development.In view of this,it is of great significance to study the development policy of sports health service industry in Heilongjiang Province,so as to further promote the development of sports health service industry,improve people's health level,and promote regional economic development.Starting with the basic theory of the development policy of sports health service industry in Heilongjiang Province,this paper defines the concept and connotation of the development policy of health,sports health service industry and sports health service industry,and combines the scientific theory of policy,the theory of new public management,the theory of public products and the theory of infant industry protection,using the method of literature analysis,comparative analysis and causal analysis Based on reading a large number of relevant literature,this paper systematically combs and analyzes the current policies of Heilongjiang sports health service industry.The problems in the development policy of sports health service industry in Heilongjiang Province are concluded,including relatively small financial and tax policy support,incomplete talent policy,not obvious financing policy effect,difficult implementation of land policy,etc.,and the causes of the problems are analyzed based on the problems existing in the policy,including the lack of forward-looking development awareness of the government,incomplete consideration of talent policy-making,and money The implementation of financial policy is not in place,and the land preference is lack of operability.Based on the experience ofdomestic and foreign development policies of sports health service industry,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of sports health service industry in Heilongjiang Province,such as the implementation of active fiscal and tax support policies,the formulation of perfect talent policies,the adoption of effective financial support policies,and the introduction of complete land policies.
