Application Research Of Micro-reaction From The Perspective Of Investigation Practice

The micro-reaction is a real and instantaneous reaction which is not under the subjective control after the effective stimulation is released.Based on the characteristics of unwilling expression,real-time emotion and psychological state,it has been used in police patrol,interrogation and duty crime investigation."micro-reaction" is widely used.Based on the specialty and work practice,this paper explores the specific application of micro-reaction from the angle of investigation and interrogation,and takes the case of economic crime as an example.Based on the analysis of the research background,specific significance and the research status at home and abroad,this paper explores the related concepts of "micro-reaction".Then,taking economic crime cases as an example,this paper explores the application of micro-reaction in the investigation of economic crime cases,including micro-expression,micro-movement and micro-semantics in the investigation and interrogation stage.Then,the factors influencing the application effect of micro-reaction were analyzed in depth,and the suggestions for improving the application effect were put forward from the angles of personnel,system and application conditions.Finally,in order to ensure the good effect of the application of micro-reaction in the investigation practice,the author puts forward some considerations in the application.
