Research On The Pension And Preferential Treatment System Of Chinese Public Security Police In The New Era

The pension and preferential treatment system of the public security police includes the pension system and the preferential treatment system.The pension system of the public security police is designed to praise and protect the casualties and their families,while the preferential treatment system give special care to the special team,including political care,work support,and insurance of treatment,thus fully implementing the policy of Preferentially Treating Police.A set of perfect and effective pension and preferential treatment system is a necessary element for the construction of public security iron army in the New Era.This paper mainly studies the design of the pension and preferential treatment system of Chinese public security police at the theoretical level,and comprehensively studies the pension and preferential treatment of Chinese public security police from the perspectives of historical development,current construction,system implementation and comparison with related systems.Through the above research,this article finds that the relation between the pension and preferential treatment system of Chinese public security police and our soldiers is not properly handled,and there are some problems are low degree of legalization,imperfect preferential treatment system,the lack of strict supervision mechanism,inconsistent construction of relevant foundation and so on.In the New Era,we should take multiple measures and comprehensively implement countermeasures to improve the pension and preferential treatment system of Chinese public security police.Above all,we should correctly understand and locate the pension and preferential treatment system of Chinese public security police in terms of theory and practice.Simultaneously,we should comprehensively optimize the own legal construction of the pension and preferential treatment system of Chinese public security police,improve the preferential treatment system of the public security police,clarify the legal responsibilities of relevant personnel,uniformly regulate the construction of relevant foundations and so on.Besides,it should not only rely on the pension system of the public security police in the protection of the rights of the casualties,but also actively exert the synergy of other platforms and related organizations as social or commercial insurance.This article focuses on interviews and comparative analysis,and uses a variety of research methods.The innovation of this article is to comprehensively and systematically study the pension and preferential treatment system of Chinese public security police adhering to the problem-oriented and combining the major reforms of the New Era,and learn the experience from the construction of relevant pension andpreferential treatment systems within and outside our country.
