The investigation on the supervision of civil servants of the organization department of X city is mainly carried out by means of questionnaire survey,aiming to find out the problems existing in the current key work,further analyze the causes of the problems,and explore how to adopt feasible and effective countermeasures for improvement under the revised civil servants law.The research report firstly introduces the research background,clarifies the relevant concepts such as the supervision of civil servants and civil servants,expounds the uniqueness and importance of the supervision of civil servants in the organization department,and introduces the design of the questionnaire,the selection of survey objects,the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire and the innovation points and difficulties.Secondly,it mainly introduces the design of the questionnaire,the selection of survey objects,the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire and the difficulties of innovation.Thirdly,in the form of chart,the data of the questionnaire are analyzed.On this basis,the existing specific problems are identified and countermeasures are proposed.The supervision of civil servants of the organization department involves a wide range of tasks,which cannot be listed one by one.Only the three key tasks identified by the central government in the recent stage are selected for the study,taking political supervision,supervision of irresponsible and non-action actions and supervision of personnel direction.By survey data analysis found that in terms of not bear not as supervision,puts forward the civil servants not as a problem is found difficult to define,risk prevention and control mechanism is not sound,and the new era of incentive cadres further new bear as a work alignment is not enough,suggested that the law should be clearly defined,the positive incentive should be continuously strengthened and the scientific working mechanism should be established.In terms of political supervision measures for the existing methods,and strengthen political supervision requirements and gap,most political issues is not easy to find,strong concealment and other issues,suggestions about adherence to political discipline and rules to supervise,around should insist on with the political standard to carry out the supervision and about creating a favorable political ecological supervision.In terms of supervision for selection and appointment,puts forward the supervision for selection and appointment of resultant force is not enough,to supervise workers master some incomplete,understanding deviation,guide the standardization system to carry out the problems such as inadequate,suggested that improving the effectiveness of joint supervision,strengthen the accountability,and improve the relevant work system.In addition,according to the actual situation of the questionnaire,the "beyond eight hours" supervision problem with strong reflection was analyzed and studied.
