| With the increasing awareness of environmental protection around the world,the renewable energy industry has been greatly encouraged and developed due to its green environmental protection characteristics.With the support of the governments of various countries,renewable energy is continuously developing and progressing.However,the development of renewable energy industry requires high-end scientific and technological level and a large amount of capital investment.The government has taken various measures to actively encourage its development,such as government subsidies and industrial subsidies.These subsidies promote the development of renewable energy on the one hand,and increase the possibility of economic and trade disputes on the other.The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the background of renewable energy subsidies and summarizes the relevant legislation of the international community on renewable energy.The second chapter mainly carries on the concrete analysis of Canada’s renewable energy case process,analyzes the legal problems existing in Canada’s online power case from the legal angle.The third chapter mainly tells how to reform China’s renewable energy subsidies in the face of the current environment,drawing lessons from the experience of Canada’s on-line electricity price case,and reforming from indirect subsidies to replace direct subsidies,adopting price discovery mechanism,and restoring the effectiveness of non-actionable subsidies,so as to get rid of the regulation of SCM agreement. |
