Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Xuzhou Military Food Supply Station

Military food supply station is an organization set up by our government to support the passing troops along the transportation line,and it is an extension and important supplement of military logistics support.Military food supply station,which was created along with the need of food security during the troop transportation,has played an active role in both wartime and peacetime.With the establishment of military strategic guidelines in the new situation,the reform of military system and the rapid development of national comprehensive transportation system,how Xuzhou military food supply station serves the troops well in peacetime,wartime and emergency time is a question worthy of attention and research.Based on public product theory,core competence theory and transaction cost theory,this thesis systematically studies the development process,construction goals and current construction situation of Xuzhou military food supply station using literature analysis,survey research and comparative analysis methods.It is found that there are outstanding problems such as the demand for diversified and large-scale military support cannot be effectively met,the capability of emergency support and continuous support needs to be improved,fixed-point and regional linkage support fail to be realized.In order to contribute to the construction and development of Xuzhou military food supply station,it is proposed to further improve the construction of laws and regulations,complete the system and mechanism,strengthen infrastructure construction,enhance information development,optimize talent team construction,build a strong guarantee team,expand security function and innovate support model.
