Study On Management Of County Migrant Party Members

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the marketization of China's economic system has officially started.With the development of the economy,people from all walks of life have also moved on a large scale.Many of them are Communist Party members,so a special new group-"Mobile Party members" has appeared in the party members.The Mobile Party members have high overall quality,ideology,discipline and ability.However,due to their fast flow speed and wide distribution,it is often difficult to identify the identity of Party members,so it is difficult to organize and manage,and it is also hard to play an effective role.Obviously,strengthening the management of floating party members is a realistic problem to be solved urgently by party committees at all levels.In the management of floating party members,the management of floating party members at the county level,as the "last kilometer" to strengthen the management of floating party members in an all-round way,plays a connecting role in the management of.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to study the mobility management of party members at county level.X district is close to Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province,known as "provincial gate households" said.It has a large floating population and a wide range of mobile members,and its management measures and management problems are representative and universal.Hence,this paper takes X district as an example,using literature research,investigation and analysis to carry out the research on the management of floating party members at the county level.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main part of this paper is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the management of mobile party members.It mainly defines the core concept of mobile party member management,clarifies the connotation of relevant theory,and expounds the urgency of strengthening the management of mobile party member.The second chapter mainly talks about the current situation of the management of the Mobile Party Members in zone X.On the basis of a comprehensive investigation of the Mobile Party members in the whole district,taking the current management situation of the Mobile Party members in District x as the main content,this paper expounds the age,occupation,distribution and other basic information of the Mobile Party members in the whole district,and introduces in detail the main measures and results of the management of the Mobile Party members in the district.The third chapter focuses on the problems and reasons of the management of the Mobile Party members in district X.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current management of Mobile Party members in district x,which are difficult to confirm the identity of Mobile Party members,difficult to effectively manage the party organization,and difficult to play the role of Mobile Party members,and analyzes the reasons for the problems from the aspects of the establishment of grass-roots Party organizations,the management mechanism and management methods of Mobile Party members.The fourth chapter focuses on the countermeasures to improve the management of Mobile Party members at the county level.From three aspects of strengthening organization construction,system construction and education management of Party members,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures to improve the management of county-level Mobile Party members,striving to solve the problems of "who will manage","how to manage" and "well managed" of Mobile Party members,in order to provide positive reference suggestions for strengthening the management of county-level Mobile Party members.Strengthening the management of floating party members is an important part of realizing strict administration of the party,realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability.Based on absorbing the relevant theoretical achievements at home and abroad,this paper takes the management of floating party members in X district as an example,obtains practical data through field investigation,makes clear the cause of the problem by means of theoretical analysis,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
