Research On The Organizational Execution Ability Of Public Security Grass-roots Departments

At the present stage,China is in an important period of economic and social transformation,and is also a key period for the whole country to carry out a special struggle against gangsters and evil.The problems exposed by local government administrative agencies,including grass-roots public security organizations,in their own physical reform are becoming increasingly obvious,such as lax enforcement of law,confusion of powers and responsibilities,inefficient enforcement of the main body,and the way of implementation.Simple and rough,not only is not conducive to the promotion of social credibility of grass-roots government departments,but also will lead to the acceleration of internal resource consumption,thus affecting the overall level of implementation.For public security departments at the grass-roots level,to improve the level of its execution,the first thing you need to do is to change the top leaders of management thought,and improve the ideological awareness of their lead by example,give full play to the role of each staff value,and through the appropriate training methods to improve the ruling ability level,the grassroots police formed a kind of positive,good atmosphere and harmonious internal environment,realize the whole public security departments at the grass-roots level together,jointly promote the development of public security.This paper first analyzes the execution concept and connotation of a word and then combined with China’s public security departments at the grass-roots level in execution and the problems of in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting grass-roots public security personnel execution level,finally according to the characteristics of the service-oriented government creatively put forward the public security departments at the grass-roots level to speed up the perfect specific enforcement mechanism and strengthen the necessary material foundation,to achieve the goal of comprehensive improve their executive ability level.IN addition,this paper also fully draw lessons from the domestic and foreign enterprises in the process of research on some excellent management concept and execution mechanism,combined with the actual situation of the public security departments at the grass-roots level work selectively to application,to enhance the level of our country grass-roots public security department team construction has the positive significance.
