Design And Implementation Of Law Enforcement Handling Wechat System Based On Workflow Technology

The process flow of the public security is very complicated,some relationships,such as pre-relation or follow-up relation,exist in every handling node about law case process.If only police user's judging,the efficiency of police's handling cases is low and more overwork is added on police.Although process of handling law cases is complicated,there are some regular patterns during it.Without these regular patterns utilized availably,some law cases probably were done wrongly.However,production or operation can be full-automatic or half-automatic with workflow technology.In this context,with workflow technology used,it is important to create a management system of the public security which is merged by workflow model.According to the requirement of work characteristics and case management,this paper made some improvement on the workflow technology and workflow model,and apply it to the public security law enforcement cases in business management practice,the research work has been carried out as follows:1.The building process of management system of cases based on workflow technology is analyzed deeply in this dissertation,according to actual customers' needs for handling cases.The definition of workflow model about case management business,model on case process based on workflow technology and so on are given with workflow measures.We simple operational procedure in traditional systems through technology and measures of workflow,which cut down the rate of complicities and errors during handling law cases.2.With oriented-object and UML modeling,analyzed the demand of users,such as case management,case supervision and evaluation,party's appeal and message interaction,information retrieve,backend management and so on,by user case diagram.On the basis of the rule of case process,the overview design of law case,workflow template within workflow engineering,driving program and component were given in this dissertation.3.we designed detailed content of functional modules in the system by class diagram,sequence diagram and relevant tools.Eventually,workflow and engineering management modules,workflow application instance and major functional modules of system were generated by virtue of program tool and system development platform.We tested this project and threw it into practice,which demonstrate it that this project has some virtues.they are as follows: the autonomous model of law case run full effectively and improve the accuracy of transaction of law case.Meanwhile,all law case management runs normally,the stability and security of system are improved,the result of computation is correct.As a while,the anticipated target was completed.
