Design And Implementation Of Law Enforcement Handling Service System Based On Workflow Technology

The information management construction on the ministry of public security has been pain more and more attentions in our country.With network information platform,solving practical problems for people is an important power of ruling for the people.Under this background,the related management of public security department has acknowledged the importance and urgency of digital office platform,increased the information system construction,network platform and other digital content,invest a lot of manpower and material resources to build digital office platform.Law enforcement in the MIS system is one of the important content in the construction of digital government.Therefore,under this context,Jiao Chen Public Security sub-bureau of Ningde Public Security need to be a WEB based by the administrative departments of public security grass-roots transparent case law enforcement service system.Aims to provide the cases with abundant information query platform,for the public security management unit and the parties to provide communication,communication,business interaction platform during the process of handling.According to the actual needs of public security law enforcement cases of business,the workflow technology,in-depth analysis of the construction process of the case management system based on workflow technology is adopted in this dissertation.Firstly,utility of workflow method,business model and so on case definition,workflow model is given based on the case oriented management business workflow management,using UML modeling method,the main business use case diagram to demand case management,supervision and evaluation of the case,the parties in the case of appeal and message interaction,information inquiry,backstage management were analyzed.Secondly,according to the rules of the case,this case outline design workflow,detailed design of the workflow template workflow engine,the driver and the component.Class diagram,timing analysis and related design tools,gives the main function module of the system In addition,according to the theory of database design paradigm,combined with the requirements of the systcem,the conceptual model and logical model of the database system are completed.Finally,with the help of programming tools and system development platform,the main function modules of workflow and engine management module,workflow application trigger instance and case management are created.Through the practical application,the comprehensive system testing and project of the system,it is stable and secure that this system is turned into practice as well as high security and good robustness.All things show that its design gained the respected goals of system development and needs for the public security law enforcement management were accomplished.
