Under the background of advocating the implementation of civil-military integration and innovation-driven development strategy,dual-use technological innovation has become a key sector for the country to guide the coordinated development of economic construction and national defense construction.Fully releasing the advantages of military technological innovation system and civil technological innovation system,integrating muti-agent resource endowments and carrying out cross-organizational border cooperative innovation of dual-use technology have become the inevitable trend to promote the deep development of military-civilian integration,and solve the unreasonable allocation of resources and technology in the current military-civilian technological innovation system.Considering the attribute-knowledge of technology,the collaborative innovation of dual-use technology is a process of transferring,integrating and creating technology knowledge among the main bodies of collaborative innovation.On the basis of reviewing the relevant research of military-civilian dual-use technology innovation at home and abroad,this paper studies the mode and influencing factors of military-civilian dual-use technology collaborative innovation by using the theory of technology innovation,collaborative innovation and knowledge transfer,and using AHP and other analytical methods.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,concept definition and SECI,civil dual-use technology collaborative innovation is divided into three modes: technology trade mode,contract alliance mode and strategic integration mode,and the influencing factors of each mode are summarized;secondly,the influencing factors of each mode are constructed separately.Then,establish a model for empirical analysis,evaluating the key factors affecting the goal of collaborative innovation of three modes.The results show that the most important influencing factor under the technology trade mode is the characteristics of dual-use technology,and technological capabilities and innovation capabilities are the most important factors of the two other modes separately.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to better realize the cooperative innovation of dual-use technology,so as to promote the military and civilian parties to better play the cooperative innovation effect of technology.
