Study On The Incubation Of Social Organization Under The Concept Of Social Work

In the social development,social organizations gradually assume more and more important role,in major meetings,the country’s leaders mentioned "social organization" several times,how to guide the good development of social organizations is an important issue of social development.In order to better promote the development of social organizations,social organizations hatched and provided certain support for the early stage of social organization development.Social work,as a subject with rich ideas and practical experience,plays a certain value in the application of its own ideas to the incubation process of social organization.With the support of the local government,the N Social Work Development Center incubation project was launched.Through the participation in observation and interview skating during the project development period,the author analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages played out in the process of incubating social organizations with the concept of social work,supported by the theory of empowerment and systematic function.The analysis obtained the practice of the incubation process reflected in the focus on "helping others to help themselves" theory,play the brand advantage,based on the needs of social organizations,actively link the resources,and actively cultivate the advantages of peer support system.At the same time,some deficiencies in incubation were found.This study can’t find effective methods for the inadequacy of social organization incubation process,but four optimization measures are put forward for analyzing the softness of work techniques,excessive work process,insufficient number of work and the phenomenon of "half-life eggs" : clear contract,enhance the social organization contract consciousness,consciously teach the founders of social organizations,"starfish"-style linked talents,realize the positive interaction of personnel and pay attention to "half-life eggs" social organizations,respect and accept their own choices.To promote the operation of social organization incubation projects in the process of better empowerment for social organizations.This paper not only has a certain reference significance for the operation of social organization incubation project,but also makes better use of its own strength to accumulate experience in the incubation of social organizations,and helps social organizations to better exert their own value.
