Study On The Mechanism Of Anti Black And Anti Evil Work In F County Based On The Theory Of Coordinated Governance

Now that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the economy and society are constantly developing,and the reform of the political system is also deepening.The people have put forward higher requirements for social governance.Enjoy more spiritual culture,expect a more harmonious and stable society.In recent years,China’s evil forces have continued to ferment and continue to be active in all walks of life,greatly affecting the normal development of our society and the normal lives of the people.In January 2018,China decided to launch a three-year campaign(2018-2020)to eradicate the evil from the black.It has been 20 years since China launched the first nationwide special anti-crime campaign at the end of 2000.The development of this special anti-crime campaign is not sudden,but has historical reasons and practical significance.The development of a special fight against evil and evil is an inevitable measure to adapt to the development of the times and social development.It is what the people want and what politics is.It can be seen from this that the special fight against evil is not a short-term movement,but an important part of building a national benign governance system through comprehensive governance and the establishment of rules and regulations to form a long-term management and control mechanism.Collaborative governance is a government,social organization,enterprise,citizen and other multi-agents that trust each other to manage social public affairs,establish long-term and stable relationships,and jointly bear the benefits and gains and losses in the governance process through the exchange of information Process of benign interact ion mode.This article takes the anti-crime and anti-evil activities in F county as an example,analyzes the current problems of social governance in F county from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,and deeply studies the relationship between the government,social organizations,individuals and enterprises For the possibility of synergistic governance of evil,find the coincidence of the theory of syndicating anti-crime and synergistic governance,and establish a long-term mechanism for synergistic governance of anti-crime.From the perspective of the theory of collaborative governance,the anti-criminal and anti-evil campaigns in F County still have problems such as poor concepts of collaborative governance,weak organizational leadership,ineffective punishment for corruption,poor coordination among departments,and low public participation.Therefore,this article suggests that in the special fight against gangs,the relationship between local party committees,governments,people’s congresses,public prosecution agencies,social organizations,and the public should be straightened out to establish a long-term coordinated governance against gangs.Mechanism;and put forward countermeasures such as establishing the concept of collaborative governance,strengthening or ganizational leadership,increasing the punishment of corruption prevention,streng thening coordination and cooperation between departments,and relying closely on the people.
