Study On The Terrorization Of Ethnic Conflicts And Regional Security Governance In Southeast Asia

Southeast Asia is a key carrying area for industrial transfer in the world today,and it is also a highly connected overseas region along China’s "21st century maritime silk road".Its geographical advantages and economic advantages complement each other,and it has become one of the few high-growth regions that have bucking the trend of economic development in recent years.,however,some southeast Asian countries,the long-standing ethnic conflict problem,not only seriously affected the development of the whole area,at the same time on the basis of terrorism,and gradually make the regional security situation more extreme,more difficult to control,ethnic conflicts of terrorism is a typical southeast Asia security governance problems.The tendency of ethnic conflict to terrorism is not simply a matter of replacing traditional security with non-traditional security,but a result of the deterioration of the two security problems in the new century.In a broad sense,terrorism is one of the most important issues concerning non-traditional security in the modern era.Based on the characteristics of spreading extremist ideas and the complex historical factors of various countries,it is full of challenges from ideological counter-terrorism to operational counter-terrorism.Compared with other types of terrorism,ethnic conflict evolution of terrorism has not only inherited the historic bitterness and resentment of the ethnic conflicts,but also because of its directly conflict with national governments,usually easy to seek power support abroad,its brings the cross-border terrorism linkage for the region and the world are immeasurable.Therefore,this paper studies two hot problems of southeast Asia-ethnic conflict and terrorism-relations and trend,focusing on the Philippines,where ethnic conflict with terrorism problem prominent national case,in a more comprehensive and objective understanding of the southeast Asia regional security issues,and strive to provide broken way on the control of security in the region.
