Research On Community Correction Of Adolescent Interfered By Individual Case Work

With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standard has been constantly improved,but some social contradictions have become more acute.In recent years,juvenile delinquency has been taking place frequently and increasing year by year in ChMeanwhile,juvenile delinquency has also shown the characteristics of younger age,intelligentization and group organization.Minors are curious about the outside world because their bodies are growing and their minds are changing.At the same time,because of their psychological immaturity,they are vulnerable to the influence of bad social atmosphere from the outside world,such as schools and society,which leads to their criminal behavior.In addition to the early prevention of juvenile delinquency,the correction work after the court judgment is also important.However,on the basis of its characteristics different from that of adults,the method of juvenile correction become more important.Community correction has been implemented in China since 2002 as a pilot project.At the same time,China's juvenile community correction work is also gradually developed.After more than ten years of practice and exploration,the juvenile correction work in China has been constantly improved.According to the characteristics of different regions in China,some representative juvenile correction models such as "Shanghai model" and "Shenzhen model" have been developed.Community correction is more suitable for juveniles in the growth and development period than prison because of its non-custodial correction method.This mild form of correction is effective in preventing juveniles from being cross-infected with other inmates in prison,and can protect their self-esteem and give them confidence in their future.This paper studies the juvenile community prisoners from the perspective of community correction.In this paper,the juvenile correction work is carried out in Jiangnan region where the juvenile correction work is relatively developed,and the juvenile rapists in J judicial institute of N city are taken as the research object.Professional theories such as label theoryand social interaction theory are used as guidance,and research methods such as literature analysis and case interview are used to conduct community correction for juvenile community correction personnel.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems of prisoners,helps them to set up a correct outlook on life and values,and explores the goals of life together.At the same time,the personal and environmental advantages of the prisoners are discovered,and some social skills are mastered.At the same time,community correction improves the relationship between the family and the neighbors,and builds the confidence of the prisoners to correctly return to the society.Finally,community correction helps the prisoners to review and reflect on the process,so as to summarize more practical experience.
