Research On The Construction Of Anti-corruption And Building A Clean Government In Inner Mongolia Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

The grass-roots level is the forefront of the party's contact with the masses,and it is also the place where problems are most prominent.The problem of grassroots corruption has seriously affected the concrete implementation of the party and state policies at the grassroots level,severely damaged the image of the party,seriously damaged the interests of the people,aggravated social conflicts,reduced work efficiency,and destroyed the relationship between the party and the masses.At present,strengthening research on anti-corruption and building a clean government at the grassroots level in rural areas has important practical significance for continuously improving the modernization of national governance,strengthening party building,and realizing the rule of law.This article takes the basic theory of Marxism and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guiding ideology,on the basis of drawing on the research results of relevant issues at home and abroad,and taking grassroots party organizations(mainly township and village-level organizations)in rural areas of Inner Mongolia as the research objects,The combination of the case analysis method and the literature research method has carefully summarized the achievements made by the Inner Mongolian countryside in the fight against corruption and advocating clean government since the Communist Party of China,and made an in-depth and objective analysis of the current status and causes of the "micro corruption" that still exists.The analysis puts forward specific countermeasures for the construction of anti-corruption and advocacy in rural areas of Inner Mongolia,that is,to strengthen the punishment to make it "dare not corrupt",strengthen the system construction to make it "not corrupt",and strengthen the ideological education to make it "do not want to corrupt".
