Research On The Revitalization Of Ethnic Villages

As a multi-ethnic agricultural province,gansu province has always been focusing on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China’s rural development has entered a new stage of development.Rural infrastructure construction has been constantly improved,and farmers’ living standards have been significantly improved.At the same time,with the development of the socialist market economy,the imbalance of China’s urban-rural dual structure has been gradually highlighted.general secretary xi jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time in his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.At the present stage,the study of the rural revitalization of China’s ethnic areas is conducive to the overall construction of a well-off society in China.This paper around the country revitalization strategy in gansu province and the country revitalization of the concrete implementation process,to national rural revitalization of villages and towns as the main research content,selected the typical diaspora nationality townships in dingxi city in gansu province xiangquan township as the research object,aims to explore the plight of the ethnic township rural revitalization,suggests some policies to help xiangquan township rural construction.This thesis mainly consists of four parts.The first part mainly sorts out the theoretical background and historical significance of the rural vitalization strategy,including the theory of the relationship between urban and rural areas of marxist classic writers and the policies of the communist party of China on the construction of ethnic villages in different periods.The second part is the general situation of xiangquan town and the investigation of the status quo of rural revitalization.In the general situation of xiangquan town,this paper mainly introduces its historical evolution,ethnic population and constitution,geographical environment and agricultural development.In the current situation survey,the author mainly investigated the industrial development status of xiangquan town in the improvement of rural material life,the construction status of rural culture and civilization in the construction of spiritual outlook,the ecological environment,the improvement of living conditions and the rural governance.The third part analyses the xiangquan town in the country revitalization of the main difficulties in the process,as the lagged industrial development,increasing farmers’ income,the villagers in the construction of local custom civilization subject consciousness is not strong,the grassroots governance system is not perfect,etc.,and for the revitalization of the plight of the xiangquan township countryside,combining with the actual situation of xiangquan township development,further analyses the causes of the problems,mainly is bound by geographical environment,the villagers to the factors of ideology is conservative.Inthe fourth part of the paper,on the basis of the difficulties,try to put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to help the rural revitalization of xiangquan town,the key is to strengthen the characteristic industry,vigorously develop the economy,strengthen the township construction,lay the material foundation for the rural revitalization;At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural culture,cultivate honest folk customs,harmonious family style,and create a good social atmosphere for the construction of xiangquan township culture.
