| Xiaoquan is a multicultural place,where the cultural atmosphere of "Xiaoquan" flows everywhere.It is their beliefs in Islam and the promotion of "filial piety" that made the Hui people who migrated here in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties were able to settle down here.The interaction between the Hui and Han groups here for a long time helped them reach a consensus on "filial piety".Thus,the Hui and Han people in “Banbian street” have a foundation of being in harmony with each other.I had visited Xiaoquan ancient town for six times in order to explore how Hui and Han get along well one another.By the process of field investigation,it is known that the way of their harmonious coexistence is not only shown in the society,but also in the smallest unit of the society-family.Living in such a habitation of Hui and Han though the two ethnic groups were not limited to making the "gentlemen’s friendship".With the development of the society,the friendship between Hui and Han gradually developed into the current situation of relatives by marriage.Now,according to my field investigation,it has a high proportion of Hui-han intermarriage families in the pure Hui family in Xiaoquan town,with the rate of it as high as 89%.This shows that the fact of Hui Han intermarriage has been accepted by the local Hui and Han community.The author believes that focusing on the communication between Hui-han married families and their in-laws can reveal the deep level of communications between Huihan families.Previous scholars stardes from a macro perspective,and gave priority to the interaction between two nations to study the interethnic communication intermarriage between Hui and Han,they will pay more attention to the phenomenon of intermarriage itself,and this study will not only back to the Han intermarriage as indicators of Hui and Han’s relations,will also be back to the Hui-han intermarriage family in-law exchanges as an observation point for research,aimed at by returning the Hui-han intermarriage family interaction to Hui-han intermarriage with the local Han back will be more in-depth study of communication,this is also the innovation of this study.This research through the field research,in-depth interviews,participant observation and other methods to explore different times of the Hui nationality community in the intermarriage "rules" on change,based on the seven cases of catch back to the Hui-han intermarriage filial piety springs town back to the Hui and Han,the generality of the intermarriage families at the same time show back into Hui-han intermarriage family in-law in daily,festivals,etiquette and way of living life dimensions interaction.Through the analysis of the above present situation,we can find out the anxiety hidden in the Hui-han mixed marriage family.Finally,the paper explores the strategy of Huihan intermarriage in Xiaoquan area,analyzes the society formed by Hui-han in Xiaoquan area with the concept of "harmonious but different",and explores the interactive mechanism that ensures the harmonious coexistence of Hui-han in small towns. |
