Chinese rural electoral system plays an extremely important role in promoting rural villagers’ autonomy and promoting the development of grass-roots democracy.It can not only promote the construction of democratic politics in rural areas,but also guarantee the basic system of rural grass-roots construction and social and political development.Therefore,it is extremely important to promote the rational implementation and effective implementation of the rural electoral system.With years of exploration,the rural electoral system and China’s rural democratic political construction have made considerable progress,while the current system of villagers’ committees has also been affirmed and supported.However,regional political construction is still affected by many factors.The special folk custom environment,unique political and economic environment,complicated personnel relations and different geographical environment in rural areas have created different regional development conditions,and also brought about differences in the effectiveness and fairness of the election of rural village committees.Especially in rural areas,the political atmosphere will also be affected by the clan relations and feudal legacy ideas in the village,which often leads to more problems in the election of villagers’ committees,including low participation,clan interference and superior interference,among which the problem of bribery election is also very prominent and deserves timely management and attention.This paper focuses on the status and problems of rural elections in Gaizhou,Liaoning Province.The reearch of this paper shows that in these areas in China,usually people will be affect by social relationships and family relationships in poitical management.Thus there are some consideration about this problem be made in this paper,including provide real change maker managers in basic line in political management,bring citizens in rural area with real changes in economic performance,so that can change the conditions in this area.It investigates and searches the local rural elections and the electoral process,as well as the validity of the elections,and explores the status of rural elections and the main problems in this area.At the same time,this study will find out reasonable suggestions based on the development of law and system in this area and at present,and give theoretical and practical suggestions for the construction of rural autonomy system and the fairness and effectiveness of rural democratic elections in Gaizhou and Liaoning in the future.
