Corruption is a problem that has plagued the world for thousands of years.Corruption not only endangers the sustainable and healthy development of the country, but also erodes the culture and thinking of society. The traditional research methods cannot observe corruption from the micro level. In recent years, more and more scholars have studied corruption from the micro level through the way of laboratory experiments, and verified the effectiveness of various anti-corruption policies through laboratory experiments. This paper puts forward a new anti-corruption system called public supervision fund, and combines with the severe crackdown system used since the founding of New China, through laboratory experiments to study its anti-corruption effect. The so-called public supervision fund refers to the people can make a cost-effective supervision report to the public supervision fund. The supervision report does not point to a specific official, but to a group of officials that have been divided in advance. When more and more supervision reports are directed to a group of officials,anti-corruption agencies can increase their efforts to investigate.Because people do not point to specific officials when they supervise, they need not worry about being attacked and retaliated.According to previous scholars’ research, material cost is not the most restraining reason for citizens to supervise and report.Fear of being retaliated by officials after reporting is the reason why they dare not.Public supervision fund system has a strong anti-corruption effect on harassment corruption theory in the field of behavioral economics. In this paper, the data obtained from the experiment are studied by descriptive statistics, quantitative regression analysis and chart analysis.Through the data obtained from the experiment, the background information of the participants and the answers to the questions in the questionnaire, the public supervision fund is useful in anti-corruption.
