A Study On The Problems And Paths Of The Reform Of The Household Registration System In Baotou City

All along,the household registration system is one of the most important administrative systems in our country.The main reason why the household registration system is valued is that the household registration system involves the rights and freedoms of the people.In essence,the establishment of the household registration system,its ultimate purpose is to control the movement of population and free movement.Although at the beginning of the establishment of the household registration system in China,it made outstanding contributions to the management of the state,but the previous household registration management system caused the imbalance between the urban and rural development.The 18 th CPC and the state began to attach more importance to the reform of the household registration system,and under the background of further promoting the development of cities and towns in our country,they gradually adopted it.And the dual structure of urban and rural areas is eliminated.The traditional household registration system has not been able to meet the needs of the modern Chinese household registration management.From the angle of government construction,this paper tries to apply the theory of urbanization to analyze the main contents of the reform of household registration management system in Baotou City through the comprehensive combing of the frontier of the reform of household registration system in China,and through on-the-spot visits.It is found that the reform of the household registration system in Baotou City has made some achievements,such as the migration of the household registration system,the implementation of the comprehensive residence permit system,the construction of the population information bank and the management of the resident population service.On this basis,by means of the combination of empirical analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the implementation status of the reform of the household registration system in Baotou City,from the perspective of the attitude towards the difference in household registration and the household registration.On the factors of knowing the content of the reform of the registration system,the intention of the reform of the household registration system and so on,this paper analyzes the main predicament of the reform system of the household registration system in Baotou City,and then puts forward the difficulties existing in the reform of the household registration system in Baotou City.Baotou city household registration reform system policy optimization measures.Through the research of this subject,we can make a useful supplement to the relevant research results of our country's household registration reform system in theory,on the other hand,we can fully combine the present situation of the reform of the household registration system in Baotou City and its main predicament in practice.The suggestions have certain reference significance for the effective promotion of the practice of the reform of the household registration system in Baotou City,and for other cities in the same situation in our country,also have certain reference significance in promoting the reform of the household registration system.
