The Research Report Of Social Survey And Evaluation Before The Application Of Community Correction

The social survey and evaluation before the application of community correction as an important link before the development of community corrections can not only provide reference for procuratorates,courts and other relevant institutions,but also enhance the understanding of the respondents by the community correction staff,which is conductive to the development of follow-up supervision and management.With the further increase of the workload of community corrections,the role of the community survey and evaluation system before the community corrections will be further highlighted.However,due to the lack of special legislation in community of corrections in China and the lack of complete regulations on the system,the role of this system is still far from being realized in reality.In order to promote the improvement of the system,the author conducted a thorough investigation of the specific practice of the system by means of field research.The author took the development of this work in the H district of Y city as the research object.Through investigation,the author summarized the main problems in the implementation of this work in the area,such as the unclear application conditions of the investigation and evaluation.Further problems were lack of correct understanding,lack of professionalism in the investigation and evaluation team,imperfect investigation and evaluation procedures and lack of effective supervision in the investigation and evaluation process.To a large extent,these problems have restri cted the further development of the survey and evaluation work in the region and urgently need to be resolved.In view of the current problems,the author actively explores the solutions to the problems based on the interviews,data surveys and case invest igations.The author also actively explores the methods for solving the problems,corresponding conditions,understanding,team composition,procedures,methods,content and supervision of the investigation and evaluation and has put forward corresponding measures to better the role of the system in community correction practice.
