The Study On The Work Of The Communist Youth League In YALI High Schools From The Perspective Of Humanity

Human beings are the summation of various social relations and they have three different dimensionalities: natural,social and spiritual dimensionality.Humanity theory,which emphasizes that education process should be conformed to humanity,should learn to respect life,personality and the law of growth,provides the theoretical base for carrying out the work of the Communist Youth League,whose starting point,core and destination are natural,social and spiritual dimensionality respectively.The Communist Youth League in high schools,which features the political,mass and advanced nature,is the organization of advanced youth,the assistant and reserve of the Communist Party,and also a significant social pillar of national power.Studying the Communist Youth League in high schools has a great influence on promoting economic and social progress and maintaining overall political stability of the country.The work of Communist Youth League,an effective carrier for quality-oriented education,shoulders vital education responsibility and thus studying it meets the requirements of implementing the national policies,promoting quality improvement of education and facilitating students' all-round development.Humanity theory aims to help educatees to obtain all-round development and life happiness.However,the current situation is quite disturbing for academia undergoes insufficient practical research on ways to apply humanity theory to solve the problems of the Communist Youth League.With the method of literature research,case study,questionnaire and investigation,the writer finds that the Communist Youth League workers in high schools are not thoroughly guided by humanity theory.For example,they despise humanity's natural dimensionality,resulting in some loss of the attraction and mass base of Communist Youth League;they overplay humanity's social dimensionality,bringing about an excess of Communist Youth League's political function;they misunderstand humanity's spiritual dimensionality,leading to the imbalance of Communist Youth League's advanced connotations.Taking Changsha Yali High School as the research object,the writer conducts empirical research into the work of Communist Youth League in combination with working practice and then puts forward the strategy to humanize it: Communist Youth League workers should set out from humanity's natural dimensionality,admit instincts,attach great importance to demands,rely on talents,and then lay a solid mass foundation for the work of the Communist Youth League;they ought to center around social dimensionality,lay emphasis on the lead of freedom,equality,justice and rule of law and then control the political direction of Communist Youth League;they are supposed to take spiritual dimensionality as the final destination,cultivate rationalism and patriotism,and then create conditions for the advanced nature of Communist Youth League.
