Study On The Management Of Psychological Health Among CAPF Officers And Soldiers Being On Surveillance Duty

After 19 th CPC National Congress,Present Xi has repeatedly stressed the importance of dealing with major security risks in several important occasions.Present Xi requires that all levels should carefully analyze and study the past and present situation,prevent occurrence of the serious security problems,ensure the security and stability of the troops.To a certain extent,the occurrence of accidents in the army affects the decision-making and deployment of the top leaders,and directly affects the combat effectiveness of the troops.The general rule shows that the accident frequency is higher in the period of reform and rapid development of technology.Indeed,an important and direct factor is psychological problems.At present,psychological problems are an important negative factor affecting safety of troops.From this,the in-depth and detailed analysis of the psychological health problems of the CAPF officers and soldiers can help them work and progress well,and can effectively improve the combat effectiveness.This thesis put emphasis on research on psychology of CAPF officers and soldiers being on surveillance duty combining both theories and practices,discusses the prevention and therapy against the psychological problems and hidden psychological troubles,and train a mature psychological predisposition,which is composed by 4 parts: the 1st part analyzed the meaning of study on psychology of the officers and soldiers being on surveillance duty;next is analysis of the factors that affected the psychology of these officers and soldiers after investigations and practice experience,then represented various causes of these accident cases;the 3rd part concluded the general requirements of surveillance service to the psychology of these officers and soldiers being on surveillance duty;finally,find out the way out while considering current status.There's some creative points of view in this article: 1)presented all kinds of the factors affecting the psychology of the CAPF officers and soldiers being on surveillance duty,on the basis of psychology theory,including social revolutions,the environment of family and surveillance;2)concluded the general requirements of surveillance service to the psychology of the officers and soldiers being on surveillance duty with considering both social development and practical requirements on basis of previous opinions and the methods for psychological educations including prevention & therapy and training mature psychological predisposition,which both are very important;3)bring a new concept: psychological training.The writer firstly studied and analyzed the effective methods and successful experience between foreign military and People's Liberation Army,then explored tasks,principles and methods of our CAPF officers and soldiers in the new period,trying hard to provide theoretical guide and beneficial reference for the psychological educations and trainings of CAPF officers and soldiers being on surveillance duty.
